So let's see tomorrow.......

Will it be tomorrow or perhaps even today that the idiot, loser, fumbler, game-coster that is Clinton Portis addresses the media and the dullard-drunk-tailgate fans and embarasses this franchise even further?

If he had any cahones, he would come out in prison wear after costing the Redskins the game against the Raiders.

I hate him and his sophmoric routine.

But the dullards love it and soak it up. Yeah we have a "personality" on this team that speaks to the fans...We need more Portis' on this team don't we?

yeah you're right, we do need more portis' on this team and in the whole NFL. he brings some character to the game, some humor in a world that severely lacks it. why do you hate it so much? so what if he fumbled twice last game, everyone has a bad game. his routine may be sophmoric, but so are your comments.

I actually enjoy his press conferences. I don't think it reflects on his work ethic at all. He's just having fun.

I take great offense to your definition of Portis. While he is kind of an oblong peg trying to fit in a round hole, he has done everything that could be asked of a Redskins player and he has done it with with professionalism.

When was the last time he broke one for 30 plus yards?

He fumbles and costs us games, and even more importantly, HE CAN'T GET 2 YARDS TO KEEP A DRIVE GOING SO THE SKINS CAN WIN....(SEE VS. TAMPA BAY).

He doesn't impress me.

Everybody fumbled games away, Brunell, Cartwright,Thrash, Betts, Fumbles are apart of the game, you just have to work harder to overcome them.

Okay....Solutions:

1. Hire a real General Manager
2. Draft Defensive Ends ONLY with all of our next years picks.
3. Send Samuels,Jansen,Cartwright,Harris,Patten,Jacobs, Thrash, and Portis to the Cardinals for a 3rd round pick hopefully.
4. Fire Vinny Cerratto
5. Get a real play caller
6. Ban players from making interviews until we have at least 9 wins
7. Let Sean Taylor play more wide receiver since Moss is the only NFL-caliber wide receiver we have
8. Bring in Terrell Owens

These are 8 solutions I came up quickly with...I will post more after I ponder......

Its Strage.. you seem to be somewhat intelligent using words like "dullard" and "methusala" in your posts. but then you say stuff like trade half of our O line, Half our backfield and 3/4's of our WR's for 1 third round pick. I know your overexaggerating but thats just dumb man. By your logic we'd have ray brown playing tackle and Ladell betts as our starter with mike sellers backing him up at RB. Perfect! Oh but at least we'd have 2 or 3 rookie D linemen to rotate. #'s 1, 4, and 7 do make a little sense though.

I wasn't sure about Portis when the Skins signed him last year, but the more I see and hear, the more I like him. I thought that the 'rasslin belt thing that he did was pretty immature. However, he has proven that he is a team player and is committed to doing whatever the coaches ask. The costume interviews are great. If you don't like them, then that's fine. But, he never runs his mouth or trashes anyone. He just has fun. He plays a game for millions of dollars, and he recognizes how lucky he is. I find his attitude very refreshing. Would you rather hear the same old robot-like interviews or the garbage that comes out of Owens' mouth?

anyone who suggests bringing in He Who Shall Not Be Named, has automatically disqualified themselves from ever making any kind of personnel evaluations, ever.

Solutions should be the final answers, they should solve the problems at hand

1. Hire a real General Manager

Will any GM do or did you have someone in mind?

2. Draft Defensive Ends ONLY with all of our next years picks.

Considering all the complaints you have made about not having a no.1 pick. Whom do you suggest we draft with all those low round picks?

3. Send Samuels,Jansen,Cartwright,Harris,Patten,Jacobs, Thrash, and Portis to the Cardinals for a 3rd round pick hopefully.

That 3rd rounder should get us a real nice DE and he’ll be cheap, which is will be the only type of player we’ll be able to sign after this move ….. I’ll break it down for you
Trading Samuels would cost $22.4 million in dead cap, Jansen would cost another $5.7 million, but the other 4 will only add $2,686,000.00. That puts the deadcap figure at $35 million going into the off season.

4. Fire Vinny Cerratto

Vinny has actually being a good little playmate for “the Danny” post Gibb’s arrival

5. Get a real play caller

Again, Who did you have in mind?

6. Ban players from making interviews until we have at least 9 wins

Why not ban them from speaking to the press altogether if it’s a issues, or is nine win good enough for you?

7. Let Sean Taylor play more wide receiver since Moss is the only NFL-caliber wide receiver we have

What have you seen from Taylor at this position that even makes you think it would of benefit to the team outside of the red zone?

8. Bring in Terrell Owens

ROTFALMAO ROTFALMAO ROTFALMAO

These "solution" seem to have not been thought out at all. They raise more questions than address perceived problem, actually they cause more problems than they address.
Firing Vinny and hiring a GM have been the cry of fans for as long as "the Danny" has been the owner. So saying it isn't a solution. Number six might have made sense but then it didn't :P
To come up with number two and three in the same post is a work of art, if you can do it on stage with a straight face you could make millions

BTW: Don't you need to upgrade the scouting department in order to find all those DE that also play offensive tackle?
