Time to get real

Giants fan here. So much for the the number two offense and the number four defense. Turnovers are killing you. Plus, the mean defense is turning dirty and getting called. Sean Taylor is a thug on and off the field. Announcer said he could have been ejected for the dirty hit in the first quarter. Now a QB contoversy. Now, the schedule gets tough as the Giants head to SF for an easy win next week.
Joe Gibbs, a man I greatly respect, does not deserve this.
BTW, Gibbs' only previous shutout was 17-0 by the Giants in the Meadowlands in the 1986 NFC Championship game.

Please, bring some intelligent insight the next time you come. Thanks.
Your guys had a late hit on the QB that wasn't called. Of course I wasn't expecting you to take your win with some level of decency.

I agree. This as not Gibbs' football. A complete aberration.
Again NOT indicative of Joe Gibbs football.
Intelligent Insighr

I am not a football expert but I will give it a try. You guys kept focusing on the number two offense and number four defense numbers for the past week. You didn't know that the Giants took big leads in several games, and then let all the passes fall in front of them for yarda and few points. Several receivers caught 10-13 passes against the Giants for lots of yards and no points. You really didn't know what you were up against when you came to the Meadowlands today. The Giants forced 20 turnovers coming in and you gave us, what , four more. Funny, people keep saying the other keeps giving the Giants turnovers. At some point, some one will realize that these turnovers are being forced by the Giants Defense.
Also, no statistic will tell you how the Giants have adopted and respect Eli. He is here to stay to go after you guys for the next 10 to 12 years. He is the real thing!!!!

These 2 statements are false and ridiculous.

I'm Patrick Ramsey's biggest fan on this site... and I think he looked good in adverse conditions coming off of the bench...
But mark my words... there's no controversy!

Fact. The game announcer for FOX said that Taylor could have been ejected for his late and elbow laden hit in the first quarter. This is a fact. He hit the receiver on the ground after the play was dead and used an elbow to the head to boot.

The announcer on fox did say Taylor stood a chance for being ejected for that hit. That was his opinion. There was no other indication that this penalty disserved ejection. Bogus argument.
Welcome to Sean's world.

Watch out for a let down on that long west coast trip to the niners, very well could be a loss, you heard it here first. I'll give you a definate answer when the line for the G-men and niners game comes out tomorrow.

You should have quit while your team was "ahead". You are now making a fool of yourself and indicating that you do not know very much about the game by this silly point you are trying to make about Taylor.
Your team won today but come and "share" with us when the season is done and you are still on the "all knowing" perch. Right now you are 5-2 and we are 4-3. Big deal. 9 games to go - come back and discuss.

Bad day for the redskins that is for certain. I hope that this was a big wake up call to the coaches and players!!!!We have to fix our run problem on defense. Teams are killing us on the perimeter. Stop all the fumbles and dropped passes!!!I hope that today was just a fluke and we will bounce back next week. I have to say to all the giant's fans you played a good game and your team is looking good. You must remember the skins are still searching and building and it's still been a better year so far than last year.

I guess the only "positive" thing you can take from today's game is that we played as a team.
Both the offense and defense were consistent in their 'ineptness'.

DON'T WORRY...NEXT TIME WE PLAY AT HOME I LOOK FORWARD TO SEE COMPLETE DOMINATION BY THE SKINS.
IT WAS A LUCKY DAY FOR THE GIANTS. WE WILL OWN YOU
AT HOME...YOU SHALL FALL TO YOU MASTER GRASSHOPPER.

PLEASE !!
As much as I'm pissed about the TO's (and mark my words we'd be either 7-0 or 6-1 without them) we faced a team that was "up" for the game when we came in after a big blowout win... a perfect storm and we were caught in it.
9 games to play and we'd better pick it up.
But if the Giant fans want to celebrate after only being ahead by one game let them. Our team plays better when we're not respected.

Thanks for coming by to exult, we appreciate it.
Didn't have jack to contribute through the week, but hey, we appreciate you having the hindsight to come in here after the game and gloat. Giants fans are entitled to their joy... you handed our butts to us today.
Maybe next game you'll have the stones to voice an opinion before the results are known.
Doubt it.

Now a QB contoversy.
I was one of the biggest Ramsey supporters here when he got yanked. No more after what Brunell has done. There is
no controversy.
Now, the schedule gets tough as the Giants head to SF for an easy win next week.
I'd love to see the 49ers wipe the smile off your face. The bi think about a blowout win is the letdown the next week. And the 49ers are due to embarrass someone.
BTW, Gibbs' only previous shutout was 17-0 by the Giants in the Meadowlands in the 1986 NFC Championship game.
Seriously...who do you think you're talking to here ?? You think WE don't know our history. Try some other team's fanboard. The fans here are the most knowledgeable you'll ever find. You ... however ... are not ...

No QB controversy here, so try bringing a more intelligent point next time

Since when in the hell is an announcer on Fox, or any other station, an expert on penalties?

If I had a nickel for every stupid comment made by an annnoucer from Fox I would be a rich man....

They did today! The Bucs lost to that poor excuse of a team! Every once in a while even a blind squirel gets a nut. I just don't see it happening two weeks in a row!
