If the beagles loss (I hope so) this week, do you think the natives in Philly will be come restless, will there be talk of McNabb not winning to big one...I just think things could get real ugly...real quick in Philly the weekend if they lose ROTFALMAO

They have lost 2 NFC championship games in a row this would make 3 in a row and 2 in a row at home. It has never happened before

Of course the Birdy fans will get ugly. They're ugly the other 364 days of the year, so why not the day when the lose the NFC Championship game for the 3rd year in a row?!?!?!

Yes, there will likely be "McNabb can't win it all" comments...buy they'll all die in a few months...when the Eagles think they'll win it all again next year.

I've said it once and I'll say it again. The reason the Eagles cannot win the Super Bowl is KARMA.

Their fans simply don't deserve it.

..almost as much as the Cowboys.....

....almost

I hate (in order):

1. Dallas Cowboys
2. Eagles fans (very close second)
3. Eagles
4. Giants
5. Any team playing the Redskins.

I know that sounds a little crazy what JH just said...but when you live up here in bird land it does make you hate them almost as much as Dallas. I lived in Texas for 5 years, it wasn't this bad!!

I think I may actually hate the Eagles more than the Cowboys. I have been living up here in Jersey for the past 6 years and I have to say that Eagles fans are the worst. They are always talking when things are going well but when they lose (which they always seem to do) they certainly get hostile. What a bunch of losers.

It's the Scrapple that makes them Philly Fans ornery.

:-)

Whn I was over at Concrete Field's board earlier this year when the Eagles were in the dumps.... it was unbelievable. There was really only one person saying good things about Reid and Donovan McNabb - me.

They were ready to send them both packing.

I hope they are stupid enough to run Reid out of town... then they'll find out just how average that group of talent is.

That's the nature of the "beast" that is the Philly fan. They're hard core...and they can't accept losing.

I don't think they should "accept losing"; however, they shouldn't be calling for Reid's head. The guy is an excellent coach and had done a lot of good things for the team. If they run him out of town...then they get what they deserve.

I agree - McNabb, while not being a great QB in the tradition of a Baugh or Montana- he is a very good leader. Reid is terrific at getting the most out of a roster that isn't that hot. What the heck could Philly fans be thinking? I think the cheesesteaks clogged the arteries to their brains - similar to all the Wets fans who came over here bragging about how much we overpaid for the 3-4 best players on our team this year
