Although the skins lost we put up a good fight and a couple blind refs on the oppositions side helped the broncos out.Its all good though the offense seems to have developed some chemistry and confidence is growing each game. I still cant wait to see Lavar start. All in all Im hoping for the playoffs Hail to the redskins baby.

Yes the ref's stunk but we blew it on Defense on those two long runs and on offense, We've got to figure a way to get plays in the endzone. Special Teams, they need to work on penalty's. Remember that penalty at the end of the half negated the field goal. That would have put the score 22-21 skins. Goes to show you what a penalty can do.

playing defense in the rain is tough. The announce crew said that playing in the rain is "the great equalizer" and its true. It turned out great defense into an above average one, although we still managed to stop the run most of the day. Except those two large runs, our defense held it down. The key is scoring touchdowns. WHen your inside the 20 you HAVE to come away with 7

Statement Game

I really think this was a statement game. Although it was loss, it told everyone (stupid media people notwithstanding) that the Redskins are competative. Mind you, they are nowhere near a Super Bowl team. . . YET.

IMO, we definately showcased Brunell's talent to get the ball downfield. That last drive yesterday, among several others this season, was incredible and really showed everyone what Gibbs saw all-along.

In this game it showed that we can have faith in Brunell. Since he had 53 passes and led our team.

The D just need to make turnovers bottomline.
