Well we have been 2-0 in 2 out of the last 3 years but we have never been 3-0 in any of those years. Let's hope we can get it done this time. I believe we can!

Considering their level of knowledge - that worries me.

Too bad. The old Joe Gibbs-the one I'm most familiar with-would've preferred that we were solid underdogs so that he'd have something to club the boys with.
I really don't pay so much attention to point spreads and the like. I get a little tired of reading about how we're expected to lose because we're 4-9 ATS and all that.

haha... I agree, but I think their source may be the vegas thing too.

Two points is essentially saying that it is indeterminate, but the edge goes to the home team. I do not think any player or coach puts any faith in it. I think they are more inclined to get wrapped around the media disrespect and power rankings, which are what the players are going to focus on.

I would not necessarily count the game as win. Seattle has an offense, with a good passing and a running game. If our offense does not show up to play, the 'hawks will win.

Given the above, IMO, the 'Skins are the underdogs, which is just how JG likes it, and I think they want to respond and 'disprove' the haters.

Officially we might be ruled as favorites, but I'd be willing to bet that all of those "experts" at Inside the NFL, ESPN, FOX, and CBS will pick us to lose. They'll say that our defense is good, but can't stop Alexander. And that will open up play action for Hasselback. They'll also say that our offense isn't all that. They'll state that we've only put up 20 points all year and our offense will continue to struggle. Thank God I'll be at the stadium and won't be hearing any of that bullcrud.

By the way.........I can't speak for the rest of the fans, but I'm gonna be loud! Real loud at this game on Sunday! I just hope I don't lose my voice by the 4th quarter. Thats when I'll need to be even louder.

I'm pretty sure they give three extra points to the home team, but I could be wrong.

Reluctantly, others are beginning to jump on the bandwagon. If we do get a win, they will all be wanting on board.

The betting general public must also think so, since lines are set to get equal amounts bet on both sides.

Final score Redskins 2 Seahawks 0 would be fine with me.

When you consider that the home field is usually considered to be good for 3 points, the 'Skins only being favored at home by 2 points is just the thing that Joe Gibbs can turn into motivation. I imagine he could say something like "Look at that, these guys figure we're not even good enough to get the usual 3 points, and they must figure that if we were playing at Seattle, we'd lose by 2."

Ha 23 - 14, no way Remember our Offense SUCKS, every game I think the skins will pull off a 20 pointer, ha In my dreams.

Just look at Chicago and Dallas, 3FGs and v. the girls we almost got SHUT OUT, no one cares too look at the fact we were 3 1/2 min away from seriously being SHUT OUT = 0 points, that is super loser time !!!
