Has this ever happened to you?

I'm wondering if I'm the only one that's experienced what I consider to be one of the most infuriating and frustrating things that any human being has to go through. Let me set the scene for you, and tell me if you've been on the same end of the scenario that I've been on....
O.K. You need to go somwhere where you have to get in a line, for instance an ATM machine, a fast food restaurant, a convenience store, or even an Ice Cream stand. You quietly get in line and mentally prepare youself for the forthcoming exprience, not really being in any particular hurry, though on occasion you might be. As it gets closer to your turn to act, in other words, as it gets closer to your turn to order your food, use the ATM machine, make your deposit at the bank, etc..., you start to prepare yourself for what you will be doing. For example, if you are getting ready to use an ATM machine, you take your ATM card out of your wallet and determine how much money you will soon be withdrawing from the ATM. Another example, if you are at a convenience store and will be purchasing a few sundrie items, you prepare to hand the items to the cashier while taking any necesssary cash or credit cards from your wallet in order to make payment for the items. One last example, you're at the bank and you're planning on depositing various instruments of money into various bank accounts, so you visually and mentally make sure that you have your deposit slip filled out properly and have all the necessary instruments that you think the teller will need. You remove any extraneous items from your hands, i.e. cell phones, glasses, beverage containers, and the like.
You notice that the person in front of the person in front of you has just completed his/her transaction and you see him/her finalize the deal and immediately walk away from the counter area, allowing the person in front of you to begin his/her transaction. You wait patiently, content in the knowledge that you will soon be able to complete the business that you went there for, and be able to get on with your busy, sometimes hectic schedule. You're quite happy that you're next, as soon as the person in front of you is finished. The time draws near, as you notice the person in front of you apparently ready to finalize the business transaction. Suddenly, you hear the cashier/attendant/waiter/receptionist say something to the effect of "Thank You and come again". In cases where you use an ATM machine, you visually notice the person in front of you retrieving his/her cash and ATM card from the machine. This lets you know that it's now your turn to avail of the service. And THIS is where the most frustrating thing in the world happens.
The person in front of you, more often than not a woman though not always, takes any change from the receptionist and does the following, all the while you wait patiently in linne:
- Opens her purse slowly
- Slowly unzips the zippered portion of her purse
- Retreives the cash wallet from her purse
- Receives the change/money from the cashier or ATM machine
- Studies the receipt for any discrepancies
- Seperates 20 dollar bills from smaller denominations
- Notices old receipt in purse and wonders what it is
- Disputes a valid charge with the cashier
- Places credit card/ATM card back in alloted slot of wallet
-Realizes that credit card that's assigned to slot #2 is upside down and re-arranges it to correct this unacceptable aesthetic display.
-Finally places monetary bills in the assigned portion of the wallet.
-Un-fastens coin portion of purse and places any coins in the compartment.
-Again finds a receipt that does not look familiar and studies the document intensely.
- Finally realizes what the unknown document is
- Closes coin portion of purse.
-Close wallet
-Places wallet back in purse and notices make-up out of places.
-Decides to re-organize the bottom portion of purse.
-Begins the long process of placing the wallet back in purse.
-Zips purse up.
-Places purse over shoulder
-Checks cell phone to make sure it's turned on
-Realizes cell phone is turned on and places on belt.
-Forgets glasses in purse, and initiates opening of purse.
-Retreives glasses.
-Implements purse closing operation.
-Thanks the attendant for their service and begins to walk away.
-Turns, looks at you, and has this "Oh, I'm sorry, was I holding you up" look on his/her face.
By this time, you're so frustrated that you wanna take this person and beat him/her into a pulp, but you quietly watch her walk away wondering why on earth it took them so long to complete something that's going to take you all of 30 seconds to do.
O.K. I'm done venting. This has happened to me on way too many occasions!!!!
