pass rush possibility?

saw this on sportsline. it was some scouting done for the east-west game.
With all teams looking for a pass-rush specialist, they might want to keep a close eye on Hampton's Isaac Hilton. At 6-feet-3, 262, he supposedly ran a 4.47 forty. The one knock on Hilton is that he isn't as dedicated to the game as he should be, according to some scouts.

guy could be a monster with that speed, if all he needs is dedication, that could be fixed.

The only thing that may hurt him is being from a small school like Hampton. Don't get me wrong, if you are good enough scouts will find you no matter how small your school is... (Darnerain McCants- Delaware State)

But if the Skins are on the clock, and it is between players with equal numbers and one is from Oklahoma or even a second tear schoool like Mississippi, or UCLA and the kid from Hampton... They would take the kid from the first thre schools...

Could be a supplemental pick possibility, good though though...
