Coach Bill Cowher said it likely would be a game-time decision. If Roethlisberger can't play, former starter Tommy Maddox will take his place.

He's gonna start, but he may show signs of that knee bothering him in the first couple plays... if that happens, he's being pulled. If you have another option, go with it!
