Are you comfortable with your newly signed kicker? He is tainted by the way.

I'm not exactly comfortable with Cortez, but at least he can tackle.

Yes, I am comfortable with Nick Novak. If he stunk for you all, it's because he couldn't live with having to wear Puke colors.

BEAT DALLAS!!!

He didn't stink per say. Cortez was the choice. So, you're telling me that you have no apprehension at all? Hall is a weapon. Novak is unknown.

Novak can get it done. He's got a big leg and he is the ACC's all time leading scorer.

do you want us to pee our pants right now... or can we wait for this situation to happen?... :|

All that I can tell you is that we know very little about what Novak can do in the situation... and we hope that Gibbs and company know what they're doing in signing him...

But has he ever done it in a real NFL game? No cause for concern?

Is he tainted or is his love tainted? Because I heard a song about this once

That's pretty good Pain. But, Rookies are Rookies no matter what uniform they wear.

Perhaps we're not the ones who should worry about a kicker choking, eh?

Wow, I always called the Cowboys gay but I had no idea that was accurate ... STDs transmitted via group sex are no laughing matter ... is that like a rookie initiation or is it part of the contract?

I guess everything goes here. It's war to some, a game to others. I have disdain for the Redskins as well. I just don't resort to this level.

I also respect my opponent.

Almost poetic justice, you might say. I would love it if this guy kicks a winning field goal this Monday night.

He only gets that opportunity if Hall cannot kick and until Hall is ready to win some more games for us. I think he might even be a little pumped to prove a point.

As a Terps fan as well as a Redskin fan, I saw Novak kick clutch field goals against top college progams.

In his first full season, the Terps started with Georgia Tech. They were supposed to be routed, and instead kept the game close until the fourth quarter. With seconds on the clock, Novak kicked a 40+ yard field goal to tie, after missing a 30 yarder earlier in the game, then kicked another in overtime to win the game. I have no doubt that he can make the transition and do the same in the NFL.

As far as tackling, he's no John Hall, but then there are linebackers in the NFL that could learn how to tackle from John Hall.

Novak has alot of potential. Hall is a stud. I know that when he is within 50-55 yards, he will nail it 9 out of 10 times.

Put it this way....if we could forget about the game altogether, go straight to the last second and let the redskins have a field goal opportunity to win (or lose) with the rookie kicking, I'd take it right now....and he'd nail it. But I don't think the game will come to that. Redskins will roll in this game. We just want it more. Dallas is worried about the half time ceremony.

Is it true the DEA were not invited? I thought they all were on first name terms!
