How many passes over 15 yards will Brunell complete this year?

Does anyone think we'll be better thank 28th best in the league at this stat?

EDIT: And just so you know, I'm talkin actual passes that sail through the air at least 15 yards. Screen passes to Portis who breaks it 15 yards do not count.

Do tosses to the other team and guys catching passes out of bounds count?

I voted for 1. It's not that I actually think he'll throw one, but I do think he'll get hit in the back and the ball will fly 20 yards down the field and a redskin will just happen to be right there to make the catch. :D

Hmm, no on interceptions, yes on passes caught out of bounds. Otherwise I just don't see him getting many votes.

That's a good call - tis possible I suppose...I'm guessing it will be an out of bounds catch though... 8)

I said 15+ because all he needs to do now is throw 10 yrd crossing patterns to Moss and Patten and let them run.

NOPE!!!

Look at my first post - I'm actually talking about the ball staying in the air for 15 yards....

For the entire season i'd have to say he'd be around 15. Even if he does horribly odds are with the recievers we have (most of our 15+ yrd play may come from RAC) he'd get 15+. Now if he plays like he did on the preseason, then he should toss for more than 15+ 15 yrd passes.

Unfortunately he'll be playing against first string players from now on.

Unfortunately i know that and is why i put the if in there. I don't really see him doing that well even though i hope he does. He has looked better than he did last year, and i do see that equating to some success but how much is up in the air.

Wow Gibbs was quick with trigger and so are we fans. I voted over 15 because that is what we need to win. I could care less who is QB as long as they get the job done. Guess what Ramsey is totaling out at 2 plays over 15 yds. The guy is a turnover machine. So turn over the reigns, Mark B is gonna regain his form and lead this team. He will not play poorly at his age he either gets it done or he is done.
1. Brunell
2. Campbell
3. Rod Gardner...oops I mean Ramsey

Hail to The Redskins!

Ok, I'm changing my vote. I think Brunell is going to have like 40 passes over 20 yards!!!

I see him having 4000 yards passing and like 33 TDs. It's going to be a great year. Skins 42-10 over the cowboys Monday Night!

Definitely over 15, easily.

Our offense is taking more shots down the field.

Plus, our running game is working, which will open more opportunities to throw the ball.

Finally, we have the speed at WR, that a routine hitch pass can turn into a 15+ yd pass.

He may not always get the 50 yds-through-the-air-bomb going, but his stats will crtainly show passing gains of more than 15 yds on the regular.

our offense WAS taking more shots down the field when ramsey was in there. he converted several 3rd downs with nice 10-15 yard passes. but the very INSTANT brunell went into the game, gibbs brought back out his tired old ultra-conservative 2004 gameplan. don't we realize that any team good enough to score even ONE FIELD GOAL on their own will beat us if we use that game plan?? i am very worried about this.

i agree... I voted "0". We were moving the ball with Ramsey. We were 3yds and a cloud of dust and throwing passes just short of the first down marker with Brunell.

Hello and welcome to last year ...

Or..........how many un-answerable (is that a word) poll questions will arise from the saga that is our qb situation?

The questions will all answer themselves.

Beat the crap out of Dallas.

That is all.
