Week 2 is on the way and we are already changing QB's how long until Campbell is the starter? I say we see him starting When we roll into Invesco at Mile High.

I don't think Campbell will start at all this season unless we are mathmatically out of the playoff race.

He probably still wouldn't come in.

Ramsey is number 2, for now.

It has nothing to do with mathamatics. With Brunell as the starter we have no chance of making the playoffs.

Campbell is not even close to being a starter in this league yet. Two or three years away still...

Campbell won't come in at all... maybe, MAYBE the last game of the season... if we're completely out of it... but we play Philly, at Philly... so that may not happen either...

so, you're saying, week 8?

really it would make no sense at all not to put campbell in once our season is down the tubes. at least get a positive out of it and get him some experience so he's ready for next year-- since campbell almost assuredly WILL be the opening day starter for 2006.

CLL is saying week 3 because he is going by the number of "sacks" he has.

Sorry I still can't let that one go.

I know Campbell isn't ready but lets be serious Brunell hasn't been ready since 2002.

Campbell cannot be worse than Brunell at this very moment. Do you remember last season? He is without a doubt the worst QB in the league. Hands down.. and i can't believe I have to watch him start for us again.

I agree that last year Brunell played as bad as I've ever seen a quarterback play. However, there seems to be a big difference in his arm this year. He's had some steam on the ball, whereas last year, it was rather weak and off target too.

Given the fact that he's a three time pro bowler, and has had some very good years, while Ramsey has never finished in the top 10 in any category other than sacks and knock downs when he was being pounded by the entire league under Spurrier, I just can't see how anyone can question Gibbs decision at the moment. If Brunell bombs, then Gibbs will be in a real pickle. But he may surprise everyone, and play well.

Brunell does move better, and he has proven that he can put up excellent numbers (albeit in the past), I think the jury is still out on him at this point. Ramsey, on the other hand, shows glimpses of brilliance, and then does something really stupid like throwing the ball up for grabs on his way to the turf. And he keeps doing this over and over again.

If Brunell throws for 2 or 3 TD's monday night, and we beat the Cowboys, everybody will be saying Patrick who?

If Ramsey is actually throwing a massive fit and Brunell does badly, I want to see Campbell.
