Hall, jansen, and ramsey hurt in today's game.

I think we will bring back chandler. Jansen is a warrior I wish his luck would get better. Also i think ramsey is out as starter. I hope we can stay on track and continue winning.

Both of Jansen's thumbs are broken.

How is that not going to effect his blocking?

JANSEN IS A WARRIOR

I think the Skins will adjust the pass blocking scheme somewhat by adding help on Jansens side but this dude is gonna have to lose a limb to be taken off the field this year. PROPS to him for playing through pain.

I think it must hurt his blocking, unless the trainers put heavy plaster casts on his hands and the referees let slug defensive players...like the attack on Ramsey in reverse.

(Unfortunately, that's illegal by more than a small margin...)

Jansen is looking forward to an entire season with hand pain. He should be able to play through it, but it will suck for him.

Losing Hall is huge. I was looking forward to some consistency with Hall kicking this year. Not to be. Maybe there needs to be an injury settlement.

Ramsey should still be the starter. He really only played a quarter. Brunell didn't show me anything different from last year, except maybe some more arm strength, but it still didn't look strong enough to take advantage of Moss and Patten's speed. He won't lose the game with turnovers, but we really can't win with him. The team will be too one dimensional.
Ramsey gives the possibility to stretch the defense with his arm strength. He should be the starter.

Hall is hurt again?!?

Man, he was so solid today, and I think this year would have played a major role in the offense. Hopefully it is a very minor injury.

And I feel bad for Jansen, he just can't get a brake. Not only does he have a cast on his left hand, but now his right hand! That is a bummer.

dang, that really sucks about Jansen. I hope he can still be effective. Hall's kickoffs were all seemingly short today. I wonder if he wasn't already injured somewhat before the game. Oh well, looks like Chandler?

I hope Ramsey didn't have a concussion...

Postgame show said Hall injured his quad again, and that he was listed as out for the Dallas game, not questionable, but straight to "out".

TIME FOR HALL TO END HIS CAREER WITH THE REDSKINS

In the post game radio show, Jacoby seemed to think it would have only a very small effect on Jansen's blocking. I hope he's right.

I didn't read anywhere in that article about Jansen's and Hall's injuries. Is there a link for them?

Hall re-aggravated a quad injury that sidelined him for half the season last year. His status will also be updated on Monday.

In his post-game remarks,Gibbs indicated in his post-game remarks that the team may look into bringing in a free agent kicker this week.

The Redskins had Jeff Chandler compete with Hall during the preseason. Chandler is currently a free agent.

Right tackle Jon Jansen fractured his right thumb during the game. He had fractured the base of his left thumb last week in practice and was fitted for a splint and cast. Jansen's status will also be updated on Monday.

Wide receiver Santana Moss suffered a calf injury, but it is not believed to be serious.

After what happened to him last year and the injuries he has endured so far, I only hope the thing he is most frustrated by is the fact that he can't effectively wipe his a...

Hopefully, this frustration will be taken out on the field. =D>

I was at the game and watched John Hall warm up. I thought something was wrong at that point - he was accurate but didn't have any distance on his kicks. This sucks because as today demonstrated, we will need a good kicker. Chandler will be back for Monday's game. How do you make room? Probably cutting Antonio Brown.

Why does John Hall get hurt again? We were looking pretty healthy this season and now Patrick is hurt and so is John Hall.

When did these guys get hurt, Jansen and Hall?

And A. Brown's play today was just nasty, no good.
