I wanted to take a moment to thank JusticeHog for letting me use his spare ticket to go to the game last night. I got there really late, so I missed out on most of the tailgating, but I had a good time at the game. If you are going to a game, and you are relatively near Red Lot #4, definitely go find JH, he's got a sweet tailgating set-up.

Here's where we were:


As you can see, that was taken about 50 minutes before kick-off, which was before the hot chick showed up. (Sorry, guys, I didn't take any pictures with her in them!) This was only the third game I've ever attended (I've been to one other preseason and one regular season game), and the first that I sat in the 400 level. You can really se everything from there. I couldn't read the names on the jerseys, but that's what the numbers are for anyway. I thought they were great seats. If you are given a choice between a "limited view" seat in the 200s and a 400-level seat, I'd say take the 400 every time.

It was a beautiful night out, made even better by both being at the stadium, and watching our team win (even if it was just the preseason). We did have to put up with some kamikaze moths, but that was a minor annoyance.

Even though there were a LOT of Steeler fans at the stadium, they got pretty quiet by the second quarter. That might of had something to do with some Skins fans threatening to shove their "Terrible Towels" up their Pittsburgh butts!

It was great to see our offense move the ball against the number one defense in the league. And, even though our defense was clearly playing very vanilla packages, we held the Steeler offense to just 3 points.

I also picked up a replica jersey while I was there -- number 56.

I can't wait for the Bears on the 11th!

I called the moths the exact same thing.

Ahh......Stacey. I think I dreamed about her all night.

...and while I may have threatened to shove a terrible towel up a Steelers fan's butt that night, I thought I kept it pretty low key overall.

Funny there are no pictures of this beautiful "Stacy." Seems to me there would have been film enough in your camera to get one shot. I'm starting to wonder if you guys made her up.

Yup, that is me. 20 rows up, 2nd one from the aisle. I'm wearing my white Samuels jersey and a Skins "Sharktooth" cap. The hat looks white from your angle.

If you look at the left goal post, I'm above the empty seat on top of it. I'm on the edge of the left side of the photo.

Hey cville, I think I was right near you...wearing a white Skins hat, and a 70th anniv. D. Green jersey - completely LAYING into some Steelers fans in front of us for about 15 minutes while the players were taking the field.

My voice is practically gone (and my AC bachelor party weekend trip the next day didn't help the cause), but you should have been close enough to hear me

Did you see the kid in the Gardner jersey that he turned into a ey jersey with some strategic red tape and a black magic marker?

I didn't catch that person, but I did spot the same sort of surgery performed on a Bailey-Springs conversion!
