Seeing as to how we have a fairly good cross-section of society here, I'm wondering if there are any good true-to-you ghost stories out there.
The recent spate of "crap/not crap" polls got me thinking on it.

I've got probably a hundred "ghosts". Some are approaching an almost legendery status. Who the heck is BooBoo?

OH. Were you talking about actual paranormal activity and not in our lives on the "inteweb"?

I work in a 215 year old mansion and yes...we have ghosts....they are nice though...never really bother us...just let us know they are there sometimes. My boss brings 2 of his 4 standard poodles to work everyday and they notice the ghosts too. Sometimes I see them watching them. But I have witnessed them turning on the water in the bathroom and opening doors.

Nooooo....not the poodles...the ghosts ! (I know someone is going to question that...thought I'd set it straight before it happens.) :-)

Scott's mom actually has a slave grave yard in her back yard. Don't ask me why they built the house there. But one night late at night I was awake at their house alone working on a resume' and I was the only one downstairs. Our dog was by my feet and out of the corner of my eye I just kept seeing something go past in the foyer. I swear I saw it repeatedly and the dog even got up to go check it out, so it was something she saw too. I decided to pack it in at that point and go to bed. lol

I think from now on when we are there I'll pass on staying up alone. lol

watch the travel channel's show called "Most Haunted" those guys make ghosthunters on Sci-Fi look like frauds. they did one episode in scotland, and it was so freaky the stuff they encountered. orbs, kncoking in response to questions, actual images of people walking outside. definitely freaked me out just a little.

I used to live a few miles from one of the most haunted places in the country, Poin Lookout State Park. It had been a civil war prison camp where something like 25,000 people died. Though I used to go there all the time I never saw anything out of the ordinary despite hanging out on Halloween at midnight.

I know alot of other people whom I trust who claimed to see all kinds of creepy things there, but I never did.

I used to go fishing there when I was younger, and I never witnessed any ghosts.

On the other hand, I once saw this woman there who was white as a ghost. She needed to get in the sun REAL bad.
