Since when do sports agents go on TV shows?

When they have books to promote.

Or when they saved a drowning kid, which they talked about a little. (I didn't hear mention of any books.)
Dave kind of grilled Rosenhaus (well, for Dave it was a grilling). And Drew talked a bit about T.O. having words with Reid today. Overall nothing new or very interesting though.

Letterman in a nutshell.

Nothing interesting?
Kind of grilled?
Dave lambasted Drew as 'politely' as he could. I thought Letterman did a fantastic job of putting him on the spot... and that isn't easy to do with Drew.
Asking him how he felt about the rising salaries hurting the fans the most was brilliant... the crowd all jumped in with a 'yeeeaaahhh'.
I've completely lost interest in Dave over the last decade or so but I have to give props where they're deserved... and that was Letterman's best interview for years... he stepped out of the funny man role just long enough to make Rosenhaus squirm a bit... good stuff in my books.

As in, nothing we didn't already know. Unless you count the 2 minutes they spent on how he got into the sports agent biz -- since I never knew the specific details. It kinda figures that Rosenhaus went to Miami though!

Yes, for Dave, it was a grilling. At least compared to when he has some hot young actress on there and just tries to flirt with her!

Like I said, he did pretty good. You could tell that Dave was coming at it from a fans perspective, much more than any of the ESPN guys who have been interviewing Rosenhaus and T.O. non-stop since Wednesday.
But, compared to the spanking Jon Stewart laid on Bernie Goldberg, it was pretty mild.

John Stewart is my hero... didn't he cost Tucker Carlson his job with a TV spot?
Man, John Stewart is awesome, and to think... I thought TDS was in trouble when Craig Kilbourne left!

What a circus act, pitiful.
