Sweet! Here's hoping they take a nice, reasoned approach and make the man happy (without killing us for the future).

I think he's overrated. Let him stay in Denver.

I'd consider a Bailey for Portis swap

Bailey seems like a CORE REDSKIN. Plus he'd be cost effective in the long run. This should be an even trade but maybe we can get those idiots in Denver to toss in 10 extra picks.

I thought we didn't want the guy in the first place, why go back for him now? He quit on us, and NOW he wants back in???!!!!

Trap set.

what's the purpose of this?

To encourage the Redskins to realize how valuable the corner position is relative to the running back.

Plus, it would give us some insurance, in the event Carlos Rogers goes through a "Sophmore Slump". Why not Bailey? He's still serviceable. My 2 cents

Plus plus I hear Marshall Faulk is available ... the Redskins MUST go after longtime veterans regardless of cost

Can he play corner??? With Betts, Nemo, and Rock back there, I think we'd be set letting go of Portis and not picking up Faulk. We really need some help in the defensive backfield. That should be a priority. That's why I'm pro-Bailey!! (see my updated avatar?)

PLus, the knee issues might hinder his mobility. Then again, he IS Marshall "Flippin'" Faulk!!!

I would bein favor of bringing him in for depth. He can compete with Kenny Wright and Ade Jimoh for the nickel CB spot.

While I appreciate the recognition, I can't take the credit here, this is not my work.

My aplogies to tcwest10 for this, I missed his post at first, his comment kind of blended in, which I guess makes it even better.

Nah, dude. Pray for the end of the world. That's all that will end the torment.

Just keep in mind, if you do, and you get your way... the rest of us will be pretty pissed. I mean, I just got Sunday Ticket, for crying out loud.
