Players These Days

I think majority of the players these days play to get more money.

I chose "to earn more money" because I just think that most players coming into the league now are simply lookin for a pay day...and not focusing on their level of play and/or their longevity in the league. That's what my gut says. Sure, there are exceptions....there are players that love the game and will care about their respective teams but, unfortunately, I think those types of players are now outnumbered by those interested in making top dollar.

Of course they want to make more money who doesn't. I wouldn't go to where I work just to help my company to become #1 unless I got paid.
Now while the players first want the money, I think most still play hard in order to win games.

Ask 98% of players and they will tell you that playing in the NFL is a "business."
