Just to let you know, I did get permission from a moderator to post this message.

Calling all Redskins fans to Baltimore on June 4th. If you have neat Redskins collectibles like Game-Used Jerseys or other uniform items, Autographs, Super Bowl Tickets or Guides, basically anything you want people to see, come to Baltimore for the chance to show off your stuff on the new Discovery Channel show Pop Nation. On June 4th you'll have the chance to have your item professionally appraised, you could also sell it while there, or auction it off online. One note: we are looking for items from the 1960s to early 1990s.

If you want to attend (and why wouldn't you) please go to www.discovery.com/popnation and register your item. It will be a fun event to see all kinds of collectors with all kinds of items. If you also collect items from the same era like toys, movie and television memorabilia, other sports items, vintage clothes and furniture, even collectible calculators and space items.

And we thank Chris for that and we thought it would be of interest to a lot of you.

I bet some of you might have stuff from before the 1960's even. Sounds like it would be a great place to check and see if that Wheaties box you kept from the '83 SuperBowl is worth anything... or if that autographed program from a player's hall of Fame induction should be framed instead of pinned to your wall behind your desk. Maybe to just find out if that card you have is truly 'mint' condition.
