This guy cracks me up...
I was watching one of the Redskins practice videos and Brunell was takin snaps.....he screams soooo loud....lol... it scares me...I'm not saying that it's a bad thing, it's actually good that he screams, but for what?? he can't throw the ball straight...lol

I swear everytime I hear him screaming like that...I start cracking up...

it's entertainment.

I know, last year on all the games you would hear like Joe Buck saying, "Yes, the Redskins are..." and then you'd hear "HUT HUT HIKE" and then back to Joe Buck "...the best team ever. Brunell drops back, nd he throws another incomplete."

why is he stil on this team ? why didnt gibbs cut him yet

He EASILY.........REPEAT.....EASILY... has "Hall of Fame" numbers from playing with the Jaguars. (For those of you on this site that like to spout statistics).

Just because you don't go to or win a superbowl should not and does not preclude you from going to the Hall of Fame.

O.J. Simpson, Steve Largent, are in the Hall I don't recall any of those two even going to 1 superbowl.

Ok what about his numbers...he hasnt ever thrown for over 30 tds...matter of fact he's never thrown for over 20...his career high is 20, and hes thrown for over 4000 only once...Hall of Fame is for people you can remeber, all I will remeber him as is the guy who screwed up the redskins season and salary cap

I know Brunell sucked last year. I hope he doesn’t see the field this year. That said, why belabor the point? If he does play I hope he plays well. If we all ridicule the guy what do think that will accomplish?

Gibbs made the choice. It’s too early to be criticizing the head coach. I’m hoping that Gibbs makes more good decisions then bad.

Mark Brunell going into the hall of fame has to be one of the funniest comments Ive heard ever.

maybe, MAYBE if Mark Brunell had a ring on his finger for every game we lost as the direct result of his crappy play he would make the hall...

brunell will probably be playing some this year. i wouldn't be suprised if he played a good amount, because thats what will happen if ramsey gets injured. i also wouldn't be suprised if he played well.

because cutting him would accelerate the rest of his signing bonus, and cost us more than 4 million dollars against the cap. that will change after june 1st... but i still don't see gibbs cutting him, sadly.

I'm surprized you don't remember Ramsey throwing deep passes when Spurrier called for them. Maybe you don't remember because you were born yesterday, or just a dumbass.

He's mentoring the Ramsey and the rest how to properly call the cadence. Hasn't Ramsey had trouble with his "volume" I think some of the people who were at camp last year noted that Ramsey had improved his signal calling, but still has ways to go.

For all the crap that he gets for the weak display last year, Brunell is a solid vet. He might not start, but he certainly can teach.

gosh i really just dont want to have brunell haunting the sidelines next year. He is done.
