Choose a Former Redskin

If you could choose to have a former Redskin, in his prime, to have on our roster this year who would you choose? It could be from any era.

My choice from the past would be a young Sonny, Dexter, or Riggo. Even though with the size of todays players Riggo may not be as effective in todays game.

My choice of from the still active players would be Steven Davis or Trent Green, either of those two in their prime would be huge help to us this year.

good one

Danny Wuerffel.

(It would increase the value of my #17 Wuerffel jersey.)

I would also wish for the return of the Cardinals to give us two wins a year expecially with Neil Maddox at QB

The entire 1983 team ('84 SB). Yes, the team that lost to Oakland in the SB. That team was so good despite that loss. If they won that SB, they would probably be rated as one of the top NFL teams of all time.

Oh, come on Terri, you weren't a Babe Laufenberg girl? :-) Totally kidding - remember that guy? He definitely shouldn't be part of this list.

Ha !! Yep...I sure do remember Babe...I couldn't believe he kept coming back for more.

I also should have included Trent Green...who I adored while he was here...another one who could play and was pleasing to the eye !! :-)

Maybe Gibbs would give Stan Humphries a chance the second time around.

Definately Art Monk! He would be our big posession reciever. We don't have a true number one, if he was teamed with Patten, Moss, and Jacobs that would be amazing.

A close second would be Charles Mann, he would instantly be that pass-rushing DE that we need. Both of those guys are great character guys too.

Pat Fischer. That guy epitomized heart and determination, and he still has the energy to play.

Brian Mitchell and Larry Centers: Two guys who never should have been given away in the first place.
I loved watching Mitchell run down the opposing team's sideline, talking all the way. You just can't ask for a better guy to have on your team.

We need a great receiver. Who could that be?

Image

Do we need a couple of great DE pass rushers?

Mmmmmmmm? :hmm:

Does Joe feels we need to draft a QB? How about:

And I understand we are looking for MLB? Well, how about #55?
