Dallas Defense Question

When Dallas switches to the 3-4 defense what will happen to Glover.
He may be the worst possible person to put in a 3-4 defense. He can't play NT, because he is way too small. Everyone saw what happened when Oakland moved Warrens Sapp (a career 4-3 DT) to End. He had the worst year of his career.
Will he be a June 1st cap cut?
Also who will play the safety spot next to R.Williams?

Glover actually started his career as a NT in the 3-4 and Parcells said he can and will rotate there with Jason Ferguson.

Thanks.
That's interesting. From what I've read a Nose Tackle should be around 330, with the ends being 280-300. In a 3-4.
But Glover is very strong maybe he could do it.
How long do you think it will take you guys to have this 3-4 thing down. I would think that if you really work hard you could have it down at about mid-season.

Dallas should have a good defense but their offense will still reek.

The switch the the 3-4 must be gradual, so it'll take another year or two. Right now they're gonna run a hybrid. Parcells actually made an interesting comment that no team runs a predominant 3-4 defense, you have to have different fronts in order to be successful, so we're probably gonna run a little bit of everything.
And the reason for the offense "reeking" was because half of it finished the season on Injured Reserve. The fact that Vinny was worn down by Week 9 didn't help.

they will be alot better.
1. terry glenn will be back
2. TE campbell will be back and he is their best blocking te
3. they got marco rivera for the right side of the line.
4. quincy morgan is working with the team for a full offseason
5. bledsoe is back with parcells, glenn, and keyshawn.
6. julious jones and the rb marion barber will provide a good 1 -2 punch.
7. and their your recievers that ate up the skins last year are a year better patrick crayton
the skins only improvement has been the o-line

Didnt Vinny put up better numbers than Quicy Carter in your 10-6 playoff year?

In the first 8 games, yeah. After that, he ran out of gas.
