Gotta love it when the Eagles top two performers are throwin' barbs at each other.

 Oh noes! McNabb's gonna retire, and TO's gonna hold out, and Reid's gonna go on a root beer diet, and Freddie's gonna get cut, and Westbrook's gonna be outed as Garthia's lover!

TO's poison is slowly spreading, here's hoping it's fatal.

I heard that later McNabb called a pizza place and had 50 large pies with anchovies sent to TO's house.

Thus leading to the first, and only, interception in Len Pasquerreli's career.

Say what you want about TO or Freddie, I've got nothing but respect for the way McNabb has handled every situation that has come his way. Doesn't mean that I like him as a player, but you can't fault him for his handling of the media and his teamates.

God that would be sweet if it were true ... LOL ...

Agreed - as a person I have alot of respect for McNabb and I root for him as a person. As a player who doesn't play for my team, I want him to fail as much as possible as long as it doesn't hurt my team's chances to get into the playoffs.

i can't help but wonder whether philly will fall victim to the post-superbowl-loss crash-and-burn season. recent SB losers who have plummeted in their next season:

*2003: Panthers lose. 2004: start out 1-7, finish 7-9.

*2002: Raiders lose. 2003: finish 4-12.

*2001: Rams lose. 2002: start out 0-5, finish 7-9

*2000: Giants lose. 2001: finish 7-9

*1998: Falcons lose. 1999: start out 1-6. finish 5-11.

the disease known as TO will only exacerbate the situation.

Philly has way too much talent...and too good a head coach to crumble next year. They'll be in the mix once again....but they certainly won't win any Super Bowl....once again.

This is like a Shaq Kobe thing, except the Iggls wont be winning any titles.

Although I hate McNabb on the field, he is a really classy guy, a great leader, and a great QB. He is ten times the player TO is and unlike TO he is a MAN, not a whiney five year old girl. You have to respect McNabb, he has taken the Eagles well into the playoffs four years in a row almost single handedly.

What has TO ever done? Made a catch for SF against the Packers to win a playoff game after dropping four passes earlier, that was a spectacular performance! Or how about when his team got to the Super Bowl WITHOUT him and then he played and and caught a few passes in a loss. Well, he doesn't really care about the loss because he had a great INDIVIDUAL performance while his QB who made him the best WR in the game let him down.

Half way through the season I said that the Eagles had gotten off to the worst possible start with TO. They were a dominant team and you could see that every week TO's already huge ego was inflating by the day. If they had been 6-2 and playing well but not spectacularly I think TO would learn where his place was on the team.

I think TO is done in Philly. The most damning words said yesterday were not from McNabb but from Andy Reid:

"We have an understanding here that if you're not here, we move on without you."

I think they're moving on, they certainly don't need TO, they did pretty well in the playoffs without him. He's done.

REDSKINS STOMP THE DIVISION....!!!

Westbrook holding out, Simon holding out, Lewis not coming back, T.O. upset, and threatning to hold out the whole season (according to Sal P. from espn), and that idiot Fred EX shooting his mouth off every chance he gets.

Turmoil in Philly, it couldn't have happened to a nicer team.

As long as TO does not -threaten- to beat the crap out of McNabb next season...

... because then McNabb would -actually- beat the crap out of TO in the first place.

Hey! That is not such a bad idea at all.
