Tommy Polley signs with Ravens

WMAR in Baltimore reported that Tommy Polley signed a 1 year deal with the Ravens. Baltimore is Polley's hometown.

Wait... Isn't Tommy Polley a former member of that undersized 4-3 Rams linebacking group?
How does that work for a 3-4?

Ravens are going back to the 4-3 this year.
