Can you pay a signing bonus in weed?
I wonder how it would count against the cap. Current market value spread throughout the life of the contract or would the amount be spread throughout and the current market value of that year's portion be used against that year's cap.

Didn't Ricky drop like 100 lbs. at his silly meditation camp? I'm not so sure if anyone will want someone who now looks like J.J. from "Good Times" trying to plow over 300 lb. linemen.
Anyone have recent pics of what Ricky looks like? It would be nice to have a Before/After comparison for ol'#34.

What's so silly about a meditation camp?
Hell, he's learning about hollistic medicine, I don't think it work but IMO the medical profession is about 60% placebo anyway...

Well, I'm sure that it's easy enough for Saban to 'take Ricky back,' seeing as how he wasn't the one affected by Ricky quitting. In fact, Ricky walking out did nothing but help Saban get the job, come to think of it. Maybe it could be considered repaying a favor. . .
And, as another thought, it might be okay with Saban if Ricky returns. . .but how do you think all of his teamates would take the news? I know that, as a player, I wouldn't want to have that guy within a mile of my locker room after this past season's mess.
