Looks like he wants more guaranteed money. Man I hope he signs here!

A player that does not appreciate the privilege that it means to play for Joe Gibbs and G. Williams can go to hell as far as I am concerned. He will make the right choice (within a rotation in a great defense) if he is smart. But it does not look good (he may not last long as a starter elsewhere). A player with his injury history knows that his "good" years in the NFL are counted at best. Let us hold final judgment until the issue is settled.

I do not know if this thread should be joined at the end of the "official" CB one. I am not a mod.

Long time, no see, Bernie.
Anyways, it shouldn't be much of a fight. We either get him on the cheap, or we don't get him at all. If there was money to throw around, either Smoot or Pierce would still be here.
Maybe both.
I think CB needs to ask himself...does he want to be somewhere where he'll be rotated at DE and kept fresh, and not be personally responsible for the burden of whether the team defense wins or loses, or does he want to go somewhere where the burden will likely be entirely on his shoulders ?
