*ROIDS

Man this steriod scandal is tearing up baseball. With all the * talk everywhere and crap, this way out of hand. If Bud had balls he'd just test everyone.
Personally I think Bonds, Sosa, Tejada, and a whole bunch more on using them.
And what about in the NFL. I bet you anything half the pros use Roids. For Example, Ricky Williams. Do you ever wonder how this guy goes for like 350 carries every year and is in top shape. Then he's out of the game for a year and looks like a fricken kicker.

He's like 50 lbs. lighter.

NFL players are tested all the time, there's no roid usage going on...
Ricky Williams just stopped working out for like 10 hours a day, that's all.

Yeah, but you would think that if you stopped working out and got lazy, you would also get fat. In this case however i he got small.
But about the roids, i know i dont want to think of athletes using them because for instance i look after a lot of them, but it just makes sense that they give you so much energy and power which might be what all the RB and guys in the trenches use.
And im sure their is a liquid or pill that masks to drug use, just ask Ricky.

I can almost say that there is roid usage in the NFL, no doubt about that. There are some very early deaths due to natural causes.
For those of you who have played the game at a high level know that its not hard to get out of a test, or to avoid these "random" tests.

Ricky Williams dropped like 20 pounds or something one offseason simply by cutting out dessert. I'm sure that by walking/running, cutting his intake and not lifting weights all day was more than enough to get him down to regular size.

Didn't like 5 raiders test positive for THG last year, to include Roidmonowski?

reggie supposedly died from sleep apnea, which tends to occur in overweight males over the age of 40. it's rather common in various stages, and i don't believe that there is a link between 'roid use and the onset of sleep apnea.

my dad has sleep apnea, and if there is a poster child for someone who has never used any performance enhancing drug he is it. 5'5" - 160

This marks the very first time I have ever read (or heard, for that matter) the name of Reggie White come up in connection with steroid abuse.
Unthinkable. The man was just fat, not really exceptionally muscular.
Where did this accusation originate, if not in the mind of the poster ?
Unthinkable, and preposterous.

Ok this is for the person who said NFL doesn't have a steriod problem. Check out this story.
http://www.nfl.com/teams/story/CAR/8290120
It speaks of a dr in NC being under investigation and several NFL players they are looking at for questioning.
