Just learned that one of my highschool alum co-owns a fitness center with Thrash. From our Alumni newsletter...

OPEN HOUSE: Thanks to all who attended John Philbin's (1975) open house
event at Philbin's Fitness Center with co-owner Redskin James Thrash.
High school sports and MCPS physicals were conducted, and free agility
tests were performed. Peary alumni receive discounts at the facility.
