We can only assume that he will make the best decisions to right this ship which, over the years, has drifted way off course. I still think Gibbs needs to get rid of Vinny Cerrato and get a GM who knows what the heck he is doing and keep Danny 'money bags' Snyder to leave the football stuff to the guys who know what their talking about.
Gibbs will find system guys he can win with. All we can do is Trust In Gibbs!

Definitely, i think that we will rise to the occassion with whatever personnel that we have lined up next year. I guess the one thing that has been shown over the last year is that we have great coaching. TO ALL THE REDSKINS FAITHFUL STAY PATIENT BECAUSE JOE GIBBS WILL GET US THERE!

With Gibbs we know it will be done the right way. It is not evernight. The right way is a very slow process so we have to be patient and supportive and trust in Gibbs.

I have thought that for a long time. He has been the constant one that has been here through the last 5 years helping to make some of these backfiring moves. I think he gets Danny to open the wallet more than he should.
The bad moves out number the good moves he has made.

I hope Gibbs looks at the successful organizations that are operating now, such as the Patriots and I hate to say it the Eagles, and slowly build this team. It will take longer than we prefer, but it will bring longevity.

I agree. After all the Pats went from 5-11 team with a lot of drama in 2000 to 11-5 Superbowl champs in 2001

Coach is slow to change - but he isn't willy-nilly. I love the guy, if anyone can turn this around, I'd bet big bucks on Joe Gibbs.
