The NFC East in 2005

Redskins will go 9-7. Sean Taylor will go to the Pro Bowl despite getting numerous personal foul penalties for bumping into opposing players. During the game in Dallas an enraged Skins fan will leap out of the stands and start hitting a linesman over the head repeatedly after yet another poorly spotted ball. My ID will be found in that fans pocket. We will make it to the playoffs as a wildcard team and win one playoff game.

Eagles will go 12-4. During the offseason a Special Master will designate that they should receive free agent to be Shaun Rogers in exchange for a reserve defensive linemen. Even though the Lions will have worked out a more fair trade with another team. Everyone will be confused. Half of the Eagles practice squad will make it to the Pro Bowl. They will lose in the NFC Championship game. At home. Again.

Giants will go 5-11 after a 5-1 start that will have the media talking about an All-Manning Super Bowl. After their 8th straight loss Tom Coughlin will resign from Big Blue and will be replaced on an interim basis by Terry Robiskie who will move to NYG during the offseason. Jeremey Shockey will finish the season with 2 TD catches placing him 9th among all NFC TE's. He will make the Pro Bowl.

Cowboys will go 1-15. Their only win will come during an MNF game in which they will get another ridiculous call from their good friends, the Zebras. Vinny T will start the season at QB but will retire when he realizes he is eligible for social security. Tony Romo will then take over. He will not succeed. Roy Williams will continue to regress and continue to be beat deep repeatedly until Bill Parcells head explodes. He will eventually be replaced by Bob Stoops. He will not succeed.

All in all it will be another great year for the greatest division in sports.

Very Funny and sadly very true

I like the Robiskie rip, he goes everywhere

I hope the Cowgirls get Stoop, he is going to be a fantastic failure

You should never, ever have a "bad move" on New Years Eve, son.
Your social life will bite for the rest of the year. :)
Anyway, I found the humor in the thread. The knock on Robiskie is kinda harsh. He tries to stay out of the limelight, to no avail. I wonder, is he the first assistant to ever be named "Interim HC" twice, only to be fired after the season ?
I think he must be.

Well the Lions gave Shaun Rogers a big extension today so I guess the good old Special Master will have to find someone else to give to the Eagles. Maybe a QB who doesnt throw at peoples feet in big games?

Anyway...I wonder how the division pans out with all the cap space in PHI and all the picks in DAL.
Sadly, we haven't much of either.
