The saddest little Redskin's fan.

Jansenfan wanted to post this but he's been to busy with work lately to do much of anything. On Sunday we were at Scott's grandmother's house watching the game with a bunch of family. We were all cheering pretty loud, which Jackson loved. He gets into the game and loves being in a group of people who do the same. Well after the game he was clearly upset. He ran off into the kitchen and was pouting. Scott went after him. He hugs Scott and with tears in his eyes says "I'm sorry the Redskins stink daddy!" And he takes off his Arrington jersey and throws it on the floor. It was so sad. Scott and I immediately felt bad that we have our son loving this team as much as we do. But I guess when we get back to winning it will be a different story. I just thought I'd share Scott's story since he's been too busy to do it.

Nikki, Jackson is the best. When I have a son I hope he's like that.

lol when I was that little the Red Sox were not very good, I probably felt the same way
Now they are World Champions! Whoo hoo!
Hopefully Jackson sticks by the Redskins long enough to see the Skins win it all! (and I hope he doesn't have to wait until he's 20!)

35-34. I cried my eyes out. I was 10 years old. My mom was in disbelief. A kid wears his allegiance on the sleeve so-to-speak.

Yeah if he does this at 3 I hate to see what he will do at 10 if we lose. Welcome Gridiron Mike. If you are like the rest of us you'll love it here and give up all other Skins related sites for this one!

Jackson rules.
I pictured him spitting on the jersey too for good measure.

If he didn't care, he wouldn't act as he did. This is a dyed-in-the-wool fan coming up the hard way. It's a sad day, to be sure, but it makes for one hell of a celebration when we get untracked.
