Since the Skins are out of the playoffs, what team will you cheer for in the playoffs?
I will cheer any team that knocks the Pats out of the playoffs.I am sick and tired of hearing how good the Pats are, especially overrated Tom Brady.

Well, Brady is NOT overrated IMO.

These are the playoff teams I will be rooting for:

Falcons, Seahawks, Jets, Colts, and Chargers.

Possible playoff teams I will root for IF they make the playoffs:

Bills, Panthers, Vikings, Jaguars, and Saints.

Let's just say I am more of an underdog fan, so I will usually root for the underdog before I root for the favorite.

but he is, Corey Dillon is the offensive threat of the Pats today. Everyone caught on to the short pass routine of Brady

i will cheer for the colts for two dumb reasons: one, i like their classic-looking uniforms. but #2 is that i like offense. i know, that's "superficial". but who doesn't love seeing passes flying all over the place? it's exciting.

so if the colts can win the superbowl with a great offense and a mediocre-at-best defense, maybe it will inspire some other teams to try the same thing and we'll see more offense in the league. especially after the rams won that way (and were still a really dominant team for a few years even though they didn't win it again) and a few years later another team does it, it could send the message that all you need is one dominant unit and one average unit, and it doesn't matter which one is offense and which one is defense.

I had the "benefit" of watching Brady and B=NE on the TV beside the Redskins game. He is remarkable.

Will I cheer for them? No. No reason. I will probably ignore it all. But don't knock Brady...he thinks and acts quicker than anyone in the game.

(yes, it was painful to see Ramsey of one screen and Brady just beside him.)

The season will be over after next Sunday evening. I can not support -anybody- in my heart other than my beloved Skins. Let the best team win whatever that is.

I only hope that the zebras do not destroy the postseason with awful calls the way they did hurt the Skins this season time and time again.

Seriously though, any chance that this team could be bought by the fans just as Green Bay is owned by their fans? I would be in with some real cash My 2 cents

i don't even think that would be enough. snyder would file bankruptcy before he'd sell. still not gonna change my goal though.

1. buy the team.
2. put cerrato on a boat to europe, with only half enough fuel to make it.
3. hire a GM.

:)

I think steps 2 and 3 are key, but Danny doesn't have the balls to do them so I guess step 1 is also.

We need to find 1,000 diehard Redskins fans each willing to put up $1 Million for a 1/1,000th share of the team. That would be $1 Billion we could offer Danny Snyder for the team.

Then those 1,000 people could vote on stuff like who they should hire as GM or Head Coach (once Coach Gibbs is ready to retire of course)

Then the owners could get out of the way of the GM they handpicked and let him do his thing.

Yes, I realize how crazy and unrealisitic this sounds. I just want Dan Snyder OUT. He is killing the team I love.

right... I thought I saw him on the sidelines calling plays... and on the field dropping balls, letting defenders get by him and throwing 10 feet over everyones head all year long....

yeah.... LET'S BLAME IT ON SNYDER!!!!!! WUWHO!!!!!!!

i have to give snyder credit, he is in the backseat as of now. but that doesn't give him a "get out of hell free" card. he built this mess with his checkbook. and only time will fix it. we've got players who were brought in for different coaches, coordinators, and systems, that he ultimately dumped. as long as gibbs stays, things will be righted. but danny boy made this bed, and now we have to lay in it. i only wish it was hitting danny where it would hurt the most.... his wallet.

Danny overpays for average players...we haven't won anything since he's been here...he brings in a new coach more often than J-Lo gets married... he makes us pay out the a$$ for tickets, concessions, and parking...

the list goes on and on
