You'd better believe it. That was the first thing I said to my 15 year old, who only just remembers the last time we lost to the Bucs in the Postseason. (He was 9.)

I feel the threat. You can bet I will...but I'm not entirely sure that I'm getting the better end of the deal. Say "Hi" to her for me. :)

Note to Thaiphoon, make sure you keep the streak going and get this thread started early next Saturday. Skins will be wearing all white and it will be at least another week before my game gear hits the washing machine. The winning streak continues! Hail to the Redskins!

I had to bail on this thread near the end of the game because my girls needed me, but I'm so glad we pulled out a win. Our defense overcame bad officiating, bad luck and bad offense, and pulled out a win versus the "best" defense in the league. Way to go skins!

Hail to the Redskins from The Falls, the Redskins bar at Spring and Lafayette, in Manhattan. Jammed full of screaming Redskin fans, hoarse screaming fans pounding on the bar, high-fiving, hugging strangers, as the bar played "Hail to the Redskins" over and over.

Gene Brito, Torgy Torgeson, Mean John Paluck, Big Joe Rutgens, Sam (yes, he really did play) Huff, Chris Hanburger, Jack Pardee, Pat Fischer, Mike Bass, Richie Petibon, Diron Talbert, Bill Brundige, Harold "The Tank" McClinton, Brig Owens, Ken Houston, Verlon Biggs, Ron McDole were all there, in spirit. George Allen smiled, even though his son is GM of Tampa, because it was a George Allen sort of win.

Just gained my composture after the game. It took the better part of the other boring one to calm me down.

Briefly:

Ugly win in which the two best defenses in the league faced off. I REALLY take my hat off to Monte Kiffin and G Williams. What a way to dominate the game when it counted. Monte dominated Joe's offense and G Williams won agains J Gruden. The dfference were the points that came out of the TB turnovers.

I heard G. Williams say that Sean Taylor did NOT spit on Pittman's face. No suspension is expected but a fine most likely yes. I feel that the punch by Pittman should have been penalised anyway.

Wynn is going to be missed against Shaun Alexander next week. But GW will get something going at that time.

I am exhausted, drained and ...

as happy as I have ever been as a Redskin fan. Hail!

Very ugly, but we escaped with the win, the D came up big. That could have been the toughest Defence the team will face until maybe NE if we go all the way.

I didn't get to see or hear the game, worked 4-12, got out to the car and had to put up with "Sporting News Radio" broadcasting entire Tom Brady post game press conference before giving a 30 second excerpt from CP's press conference to find out that we'd won an "ugly" game against the Bucs. WAY TO GO,REDSKINS!!! Anybody else think Seattle might be just a bit uneasy right now?

The Bears are out there. They're a pretty vicious defense also...

the defense set the tone early and it finished the deal late. thats what you get when two of the best defenses gets together.

and they were hittin too all game long.
