Or do you think they are creating odds for each matchup, and then figuring that into the overall picture?
I personally think the Giants are the most overrated team in the division. They have Dallas, Philly, Lions and Skins on the schedule remaining. Can lose any of those games.

Will be interesting to see what happens with Tampa. Their last four games are Saints twice, Dallas and Carolina.
Tampa probably loses one or more but the same holds for us. Definitely want the Saints to show up at least once and hoping Carolina does not lay down. It could all come down to that last Sunday.

Ginas got well on some weak teams but just lost to the first good one they played in a while and could lose 2 or more easy.

Lion and Bengal fails are haunting right now. How good would 8-4 look ?

Tampa plays against Drew Brees twice and has 3 divisional games which are always tough - let's give them 2 out of 3 and they lose to the pukes who they can beat but will not - that leaves them at 9-7 OR possibly 10-6

the vagiants are not that good and I see them losing 3 but could win 2 of the last 4 = 10-6

the oddsmakers favor us over the eagles = W; panthers at FedEx = W; at bears = W; vagiants at FedEx = W

10-5-1 - WE WANT DALLAS

Peeling off 4 straight definitely would help our playoff hopes.... I'm worried about the Flailing panthers and that NYG game could be a serious heart attack to watch. We are talking a team we beat by 1 or 2, playoff type game there. Hope the squad is up to the challenge!

Yeah just heard on the radio that JPP is out for a few weeks too.

I hope that the vagiants game is as much pressure as possible - a win or go home type of game

this is the type of game that defines a season - the place will be rocking

I remember a game against the pukes at RFK that was like that - Jan 22, 1983 - you never forget those types of games

That was the NFC Championship. Slightly bigger stakes.

I think we are a lock if we can do that. But, if we lose one, we are probably out.

9-6-1 will be better than 9-7 but 10-5-1 is definitely a playoff spot

going into that giants game at 9-5-1 would make that game a HUGE GAME

I heard it this morning on 980...Kinda hard to believe but if we were to reel off 4 straight 10-5-1 would be our best record in the last 25 years!

kind of what you'd expect when you have The Best Redskin In Decades as your QB and he finishes up the season with 4 wins

be a bit disappointing not to ....

and to add to the expectancy .... the last 4 times the Redskins made the playoffs ....

Not that it matters but our game against the Eagles opened at pick 'em. But the public has been pounding the Redskins so we are now a one point favorite.

This is not a particularly good spot for us. This is our third consecutive road game which includes a trip out west.

I sure hope we win. It is very important we do so.

it would be a huge downer for the Redskins to lose this game and have the giants beat the pukes ...

admittedly the pukes are the best in the NFC East but the pukes can be beaten by getting their offense off the field and limiting that RB

the key to winning in the playoffs is no secret - be the hot team at the end of the season; be able to run the ball and be able to stop the run - we need to go 4-0 and we will be a hard team to beat, no matter where we play

the players can do this ... hopefully the coaches can step it up too

RUN THE DAMN BALL and keep doing it - forget the fade route, it's useless

Thanks Dallas
Fortunately, they get TB at home, so they SHOULD win. Meanwhile, NYG hosts Detroit.
So if we can take care of business against CAR, we SHOULD be in good shape.

Damn, its like I don't think Dallas could suck worse than they do, then they go out and lose a 10-7 game to the sorry-*** Giants at home. Man, I hate those dirt bags.

And ESPN is completely fellating the Giants this morning too. They managed to put up a whopping ten points on Dallas??? Give me a freaking break. They suck too.

I will literally be cheering for Dallas and Detroit. I want to be tailgating at FedEx Monday knowing a win puts us in the driver's seat.

Is that the scenario? Dallas wins and we beat Carolina, and we are in that 6th spot?

This Carolina game is going to be huge. Hate that its a Monday night. I can't even think about that one yet.

9 or 10 wins should get us in the playoffs - even winning out does not guarantee a playoff spot

Not mathematically maybe, but practically it does.

buccaneers should beat the pukes and lions should beat the vagiants

we just need to take care of the panthers this Monday

I don't know about *should*. Both of those teams are at home. Lions are a dome team coming out for what should be a cold, sloppy game outdoors.

Dallas is a 7 point favorite and the Ginas are favored by 4.

I'd like to see a Dallas win and a Lions win.

each week we see the 'better team' in the match-up not play as well as they can

the pukes are not near as good as their record indicates - the buccaneers will be fired up for this game - Winston is the better QB

the vagiants are not a good NFL team this season - much as I dislike Coughlin, he's a better HC than this idiot - the lions have pulled off some incredible finishes but it will not take much to beat these pretenders

I'd like the pukes to win and the vagiants to lose - just making the case is all

While there still no guarantee we can win out even after the Panthers... I prefer a dullass loss. I just can't root for them and that crap-tastic fan base. A nice losing streak to rock the boat before the playoffs is a perfect recipe for one and done. The whispers are already emerging, and I love it. That team is CLEARLY better with a healthy HOF pro-bowler over a late round Rookie. Ya Day has a comfy situation as a rook, but even then he isn't an all pro top 3? QBR of all time qb.

If TB wins, ya it puts more pressure on us to win... however, I see them dropping one or both of their final 2 vs NO in the superdome (still a hard place to win... and a divisional "revenge" game, then another divisional rival North Carolina; they squeaked out a 3pt W earlier in the year with a game winning FG... a loss vs NO would make that game even harder. Hopefully the Panthers are in revenge mode too, as they likely are only okaying for pride.

The NYG season ended is a touch nerve wracking too... we barely beat them, however it was in their place. Luckily we get both the panthers and the vaginas at home.

Winning out would make this easier, dropping one in Monday night would muck it up... I just really don't want dullass to be the #1 seed.

Man, you don't have to root for them. But we want a Tampa loss.

Let's make the playoffs and go spank Dallas in their home stadium like we should have done on Thanksgiving.

I am pulling for

IND over VIK

DET over NYG

CHI over PAC

COW over BUC

The big one is the last one. BUC is the team keeping us from controlling our destiny.

So many teams are so close that winning out for us is almost mandatory. If we lose to CAR we give both PAC and VIK a chance to move past us too.

Not really. A Ginas loss today would also put us back in the driver's seat.
