Well, you do have to get the ball past the line of scrimmage, but I don't understand how the penalties offset, since one is more than the other.

not only that but where is the safety help over the top?? how do they not see that on tape when they watch.. seems pretty clear to me .. teams BURN our DBs on a regular basis
