Our receivers (except for Moss) are a joke. They were a joke last year and look even worse this year. Thomas looks clueless and despite it only being his first season, he is seriously starting to look like a bust. He has shown nothing to indicate that he has the ability to turn into a productive player. Kelly has been hurt so it's hard to blame him. Still have no idea why we drafted Fred Davis.

THomas was decent, he did have a crucial drop though.

He dropped an easy ball that would've given us a first down. He has made zero positive plays as a receiver thus far.

You're being a bit unrealistic. He had one or two positive catches. He wasn't on the field much until ARE got hurt.

The issue is that Campbell is a decent enough game manager, and can make plays under ideal conditions. But he can't take over a game and single handedly make plays when things aren't ideal.

When Campbell makes a great play (now and then) everyone says..."see he can do it" but the really good QBs in the league do it every week, CONSISTENTLY. Not hit and miss.

THIS HAPPENED LAST YEAR. REMEMBER????? Oh, what's the use.

I don't care what Zorn cares about. Maybe he should be focusing on his offense's inability to score. You don't get points for sacks.

We had enough of a rush to get two interceptions, what did Zorn's offense do with it? Nothing...

What did they do with it against the Steelers? Nothing...

I'm not disagreeing that the offense blows. It completely sucks. The oline is old and can't block anybody. The receivers suck. The play calling is bad.

I was simply pointing out that once again we had no pass rush. It didn't cost us the game but it's a problem that needs to be addressed. It might not have cost us the game today but it has hurt us in the past.

Until JC gets some competent WR's that's entirely debatable. JC hit Moss deep and Moss dropped it. If Moss was taller, it would have been an easier catch.

What about Thomas's drop for a 1st down?

What about James Thrash not getting open at all?!??!

Come on dude, go back into hiding with that anti-JC crap. He isn't stellar yet but he's far from the issue.

Agree 100%. Can't blame JC when the oline cant block and with the receivers playing the way that they are.

They held the Cowboys to 14 points with our offense doing NOTHING! The defense shouldn't even be mentioned except that the offense owes them an apology

Can't blame the defense for the loss but something has to be done about our PATHETIC pass rush. We had ZERO sacks tonight and got virtually no pressure on Romo. On that touchdown pass he had all day to throw.

Pass rush doesn't score points... So what if we did have a pass rush? So what? They'd just beat us by 1 point...

Who the heck cares about the defense at this point. Score a freaking TD!

Apparently Zorn cares about the lack of a pass rush because he just made a comment about it in his press conference. The defense obviously doesn't take the blame for this but we have had a problem with the pass rush for a LONG time and nothing has changed.

Man, the more I listen to Zorn's PC, the more I'm placing the entire blame on the o-line. Sounds like we missed out on a lot of deep balls bacause Campbell didn't have protection and had to throw early to underneath receivers. Very frustrating. Sounds like we may have some real trouble for the rest of the year against attacking defenses.

DoES jASON have a slow windup? A bit, yes.
Does he hold onto the ball a bit long at times? WHy, is anyone open? I dunno, I think there is blame to share.

Our WR's are garbage. GARBAGE. ABSOULUTE GARBAGE. He cant control that.

I want a realistic thought about players next yr on this team.......
*=needs replacement for next yr

QB - Campbell needs to improve
RB - Great Depth and Portis has heart
FB- Sellers is getting up there in age but I have no complaints
WR- Moss needs to catch the ball consistantly, not a # 1
WR- *ARE should be cut unless he is going to take a paycut. He is not a # 2
TE- Cooley is fine. Great heart
LT- Samuels is aging before our eyes. But he will be ok for a few more yrs
LG- *Kendall is OK now, but getting pretty old and we need a replacement
C - Rabach is OK for now, but needs to improve
RG- Thomas is great. Should be ok for a few more years
RT- *Jansen needs to improve skills and is not a starter in this league. Either is Heyer

LE- *Dont get me started with Taylor
DT- *Griffin has heart, but is aging
DT- *Monty/KG - Need help
RE- What has happened to AC??? Still young and has talent
OLB- *Wash - Love him, but cant stay healthy
MLB - Awesome. But is aging. Blades as replacement eventually
OLB- Rocky has had a quietly great yr. Good to go
CB - *Springs needs to go. Hall as replacement
CB- Rodgers is fine
S- Horton is great
S- Landry is good to go

I know we already have some replacements but I see us as having a realistic problem in a # of positions. LG, RT, WR, DE DT. D-Line needs help

Well, lack of pass rush is part of the game. Having good DBs is not a substitute for having a pass rush. It didn't lose us the game, but it is a problem that the front office seems to turn a blind eye towards.

I mentioned it earlier, it looked like Jansen was on rollerskates a couple of times, Randy Thomas got beat on a draw play, Samuels got a beat a couple of times on crucial downs. Is Heyer hurt??? When is Fabini coming back??? Not saying this will be the answer but there will be some added depth.
If you're mad at your kid, you can either raise him to be a nose tackle or send him out to play on the freeway. It's about the same. ~Bob Golic

Man, get out of here. Scoring TD's = game over. Not having our defense in that situation = game over. Not tiring out our defense by going 3&out = game over.

TD's wins game.

Something I've noticed.
We haven't had home field advantage since we moved from RFK!
We win as many or more games on the road then we ever win at home.
FED-EX Field is a *f$ck* joke.
And we beat the Cowpies in Dallas and can't beat them in our own house?
Well, like always, maybe next year.

Kendall and Jansen should not be starting for us next year. Neither should Heyer. We need to get younger on the offensive line.

We also need to make some moves at wr. ARE is mediocre at best and is nowhere near being a #2 receiver in the NFL. The rookies that we drafted haven't shown that they can take over that role for next year.

On defense we need to revamp the defense line. We need a DT that can collapse the pocket. We wont have a pass rush until that happens.

the only thing i say about our rookie WR's, is that it is still to early to tell... let's look at a few things... 1) look at calvin johnson in detroit, could have called him a bust his rookie year, but now starting to improve, even on that team... 2) desean jackson is a WR on a team that ARE could be the #1 wr for, the iggles WR stink worse than ours... 3) as for eddie royal, since someone mentioned him also, the broncos are a pass first offense, do not have a RB like we do...

to me, the jury is still out on the WR's, if there is no production after next year, then i will be sold on the "bust" title...

This was the first game in about 5 years i have missed. I can see everyone is unhappy about the Offense, but how about our new addition Hall, how did he play?
