Speaking of that INT by Macintosh, welch, which I agree WAS an interception—how about the very next play being a 40+ yard pass interference call? Amazing how the game could turn on two calls like that. That stung, and I felt it all the way through our last Hail Mary.

I thought the same. Giant swing, from Redskins ball on the Cowboys three, to bingo, Cowboys swoop for TD.

Campbell is good. The OL isn't overpowering, but they've pulled together (minus the Samuels miss on Ware, leading to a fumble). The defense is playing above their personel.

Who's up next?

We really missed Sean today. And JC could have had a TD, had he pulled the ball down and run with it.

I have to admit that this is the 1st win this year that sits well with me. ( i knew we wouldn't be NE)

Just a few gripes.

1. Gibbs still plays a bit scared at times.
2. Where was CP in the 2nd half? Balance. We go from too much running to too little.
3. We need Taylor.
4. We need a pass rush.
5. We need a tall WR.

Go skins. Thanks for a good effort.

Yeah that's true. Romo would have actually had to work to throw TDs today if Taylor was playing the deep safety.

My favorite Cowboys player is still Roy Williams. He's good for at least a couple of burns every game, and today was no different!

I knew they were going to go deep on us. I knew they'd score points. I was praying that Joe would realize we needed TD > FG's. I think in the 2nd half it dawned on him.

I always said this wasn't a SB year, it's a year to establish a base to spring board to that arena next year. If we address 2-3 issues we'll be legit.

Hate to sound greedy, but we sure could have used just one more, today...

Good game today. We got up by 12 and acted like there was only 3 minutes left in the game. JC shredded the vanilla pass coverage and we ended up having to make a couple of plays to get the dub. We basically took what ya'll gave us and that was T.O. all day.

Sean Taylor was definitely missed, but I think the big difference was in the past, Parcells rarely moved TO around. Garrett moves him around constantly and gives him the upperhand on the secondary.

Taylor may have made little difference, but T.O. in Garrett's scheme is a headache period.

At least there will be no more threads questioning Jason Campbell's ability for now. Even though T Newman baited him on that throw, he was a cool cat all game.

Any win vs. the Redskins is huge, but I think you guys figured some things out today. The rivalry continues...
Cowboys 7- Redskins 6 (All we needed was 2 minutes of the 60)
Cowboys 17 - Redskins 0 (Way to NOT show up for the 100th anniversary)
----- TWO EASY -----

You got half of it right. Taylor is the only player on this defense that can slow down TO. Having Rogers in there wouldn't have made one bit of difference.

What the hell was going on with Samuels today? He looked like an overmatched rookie out there against Ware? And where were the adjustments to help Samuels deal with Ware?

Not that we should talk about making it to the playoffs...

Yeah samuels got punked a couple of times forcing Jason to run his ass off making some crazy throws and throwing it away a couple times but all in all I think we played fairly well. We can turn this season around with a nice win streak here, so let's do it! HAIL TO THE REDSKINS!!!!!!!!!

Did anyone notice on the last touchdown drive that the clock didn't stop when Moss went out of bounds early in the drive? Then, twice, including that one, after a Redskins receiver got out of bounds, the clock started before the snap.

Yes! I was infuriated.

My roommate noticed first, we were stunned. I mean it cost the Redskins at least 90 seconds.

Not happy to have a loss....but is a lose I can swallow a LOT better then any other this year.

O was great. For all those that saying JC missed a open receiver here an there....SO DOES EVERY QB. Besides one mistake he did an amazing job. Period!

D was missing a key to stop where they hurt us the most. I believe at least 1 TD does not happen if Taylor was there and that would have won us the game. Otherwise they played hard and made several big stops when we needed it to keep us in the game.

Gibbs...this is the first game in a while that I can't criticize him. The biggest thing he allowed JC do was make the calls. That was the only reason we were in this game at all. It was nice to see them not play scared.

All and all...it was a lose....against the pukes....which sucks.

BUT if they play like this and get Taylor back......the rest of the season looks bright.

I just wish this was the second or third game to have finally gotten our act together.
