If there is nothing open down the field, what is Campbell supposed to do? It seems to me that the bigger problem is we don't have enough plays that go beyond the sticks in the playbook and if we do, they are rarely called.

how about if we need 6 yards, go for 7.

Nice fumble.....what a perfect ending to a putrid performance.
No playoffs and a good thing because we're not worthy!

I disagree. We just played the best team in the NFL and had a chance to win that we blew (I think it all started with Suisham missing that damn field goal that would have only put us behind by 3). The remainder of the schedule isn't that tough with the exception of Baltimore.

I don't know, they are pretty bad. Kelly, who is noted for his hands, also could not catch anything. They couldn't catch a cold, any of em.

to be honest i didnt think that we would have a winning record this year......... i thought that it would at least take 2-3 years to get this midwest coast offense going... i think that we need to give colt brennan a try next year.. if we keep zorn then he could master the offense in just a couple of years....... i think that he is going to be good. i also think that thomas and kelly in 2 years will be our starting recievers....... i love moss but i think we should trade him while he is still good...... these rookies are the future and the skins will eventually have a powerhouse offense if brennan, thomas, kelly, and davis all work out together and get a feel for each other. then hopefully there will be a lot of chemistry between them.

You can't flush all five but I think I can go along with those two being the two that are doing the best job.

I never have good thoughts about the O-linemen that are standing upright around the fallen QB -- and I saw 60, 76 and 77 there a bunch.

ARE may not be the most glaring problem, like the O and D lines, but he sure has had some timely dropped passes this season.

Samuels can be better with some studs around him at the very least one next to him

*shakes head* Jason Campbell is so far from the problem.

Why? We've still had one of the best defenses in the NFL without them. Our defense isn't the biggest problem. I would like more of a pass rush, but our defense has kept us in the majority of these games where the offense has stunk up the joint.

Anyone notice that ever since Zorn blew up at Portis on the sideline for not telling him that he was hurt, our team has not been playing for him anymore? I want to say that was the game against the Eagles.
