BIG WIN! We needed that one. I like how they FINALLY got tough in the 4th quarter.

We can't say the Cowboys have not played anyone when we can barely beat the Cardnals, Jets and Dolpins.

that was a season turning fg, holy moly.....5-3, CP going off,...wow....better than 4-4 losing to Jets...

now time for campbell to quit cheesing out and D to get back on track,

amazing what 5-3 feels like vs. 4-4.
plus we came back from 17-3

Just like the win against the Lions was supposed to be a season turning win?

they're all season turning points with this team...I mean geez, the Jets? can you imagine if we'd have lost?

Only nice signs were:
Suisham
Portis and the running game
ability to come back from 14 down and win

and to work on:
the weekly issue of campbell, i'm not impressed, he's letting us down
D has turned sour for some reason

I look at it this way - it was another ugly win....but it was still one we put in the win column, and those are very valuable right now.

This team still needs to play better offensively; however, I have hope in our OL now. They did a great job run blocking today against the Jets. Now, if we can just get Jason Campbell clicking again and hitting some deep balls, our offense just might be back.

On defense, I don't like this "bend but don't break" style G. Williams had the team playing today. They're giving up to many yards on short passese. Heck, I thought that first pass in O/T was gonna cost us the game! Thankfully, the defense settled down and forced the Jets to punt.

All in all, not a great game, not a pretty game....but after that butt-whuppin' by the Pats, this team needed a win - and we got one.

For that, I'm a happy camper right now.

I'll take the win, but the Skins should not have struggled against the Jets. This should've been a blowout.

I hope your right, but I'll withhold judgment until they can do this against a good defense. I mean, the Jets have arguably the worst defense in the NFL and they just lost their best player for the season. The next few weeks will tell us a lot.
