Okay, why didn't we give the new guy a little help over there on the 1st play? Come on, let's give this a little thought.

Which would be more than the offensive brain trust did.

i don't think he did a bad job... he strung suggs deep. he couldnt expect that JC was gonna drop 10-12 yards deep when you are on the 12 yard line. probably thought JC would step up into the pocket.

We've got both starting OTs out and in place of one tackle, we've got a back-up GUARD. I think that's enough to warrant a little sweat on my brow. Especially with the boneheaded coaching staff who won't give the BACK UP, OUT OF POSITION guy some help.

Is it possible for Vinny C & The Danny to devise a way where we can trade up to get 4 or 5 first round drafts choices to be able to draft a whole new O-Line next year. I'd take OK's line and just go with them.

Doesn't matter - down 17 in the 4th, they should've gone for 7, not 3. The FG was the gutless call, and you watch, it won't matter in the end.

And another one later on wouldn't be the worst thing to do, either.
Unless you're buying the Heyer sales pitch.

not only do we not help geisenger in pass protection our qb thought it would it good idea to drop 12 yards back and scramble oblivious to his blindside like nothing is wrong there..6-2 -----7-6 and falling fast....they did it to us again

You take the easy points, try to build some momentum. They've not worn down our defense so our D isn't tuckered out. It's still possible.

We are also one of three teams in the NFL to not score 30+ points in a game this season
