Isnt this managing the game, Joe doesnt want a int
True, but why not attempt something deep maybe draw a pass interference.

You're down by 7 points...IN Dallas ... your offense hasn't done squat yet... you need to get it cranking. They are going to play prevent ... so why not take your shots ??

Ok, so assuming we do throw it deep and there is an interception, what are the odds that they would score a touchdown? That could conceivably be worth it. If it isn't, then maybe thats the reason for us never going deep.

Not sure what they were thinking. Hopefully we'll get in sync during the 2nd half.

Well, this isn't exactly a clinic on GREAT football from either sideline. Who can get their 5h1t together first?

Why in the world did we pay to bring in 2 free agent wr's if we aren't even going to use them? We have a great receiving corpse and it doesnt even look like we are trying to get them the ball.

We are down by seven IMO we should play to win.

Halftime Thoughts:
What are we trying to accomplish on offense... I'll just leave it at that.
Brunell looks terrified in the pocket.
Our D-Line is getting NO, I mean NO pressure on Bledsoe and he has all day to pick apart our secondary.
-Overall, a terrible first half on offense, but we are still in this game.

This is a joke, we need a qb that can get our weapons the ball, even Madden and Michaels recognize that and said it in a nice way so as to not hurt anyones feelings.

No answer for that last series. Weird is putting it mildly.

That's playing not to lose, not playing to win.

Brunell seems to be afraid of throwing it deep. Sometimes you have to take a chance so I hope he comes around at some point.

I'm with you here... we burned them for 14 points in less time last year with less talent on the offense... why aren't we going for the points???

lack of pressure is the most frustrating thing IMO...

Because, I dont care what the coaching staff says, the have no faith in brunell, it is apparent more and more to me that he is the only option they have at QB.

It's not like our two-minute (or 55 second) offense is that bad. They did a decent job getting into field goal position last week.
That being said, I don't blame Gibbs for trying to push it. Getting out of the first half only down by seven isn't that bad.
