Best Lines of the game:
The DEFENSE is for real. When Landry is back, it could get ugly.
D Hall covers and tackles, get used to it.
Ryan Kerrigan is a beast. Way to start off a great career.
Bowen, Cofield, & Carriker all dominated. Chris Neild got a sack as well. Our last 2 drafts have been good ones.
Rex Grossman looks ready.
This team can do good things this year. Especially in the NFC East.

I just have this feeling that I've seen these guys before, long ago, back in the mist of my memory...so many plays that remind me of...
Now, where is this team's Art Monk? Oh, come back, Arthur!
and Daryl Grant with the batted ball interception for a touchdown.

Loved the second half adjustments!

Trent Williams..... ummm?????
Gano????????
hmm
Good ish Skizzies... looked decent.. ya'll my squad 4ever.... finally beat the Gnats... I'm good with that.
Trent williams looks like a guy that doesn't work hard. Weak and getting dominated by other guys. Whiffing at blocks. Just looks like he's not studying his opponents.
He'd better get it together.
SPIT HAPPENS!!

Incidentally: It's good to be back here in Hogs Net, see some of the finest avatars bringing to mind the finest Redskin fans.
(No, I haven't been far away...just following the Nats more closely, as any good Washington kid does. And couldn't get interested in the lockout/negotiations/"or-else".
Just for grins...last weekend my daughter got us tickets to Saturday and Sunday games at Nationals field. Beautiful place, and will be better as the team improves. Spent the night at a Marriott Courtyard nearby, thanks to business trips and Marriott Points. As I signed in, the helpful desk clerk began giving me geography lessons.
I mentioned that I'm a third-generation Washingtonian, my Dad worked for 37 years just upriver at PEPCO Bennings after joining the Navy Reserves at 15 and mustering every week at the Navy Yard.
Clincher -- get this, CT -- I said, "Oh sure...I learned to read and write at Bunker Hill Elementary". The clerk gasped, said, "That school still exists...wow...I was born near there in Providence Hospital".
Sometimes you can go home again...even if a few things have changed.)

It is worth it, although maybe a long trip for you. The one thing I miss, and one thing that I always associate with Griffith Stadium, is cigar smoke. Have unshakeable childhood memories of the grandstand being a cloud of blue-gray smoke, and chubby old guys smoking cigars as Camilo Pascual carries a no-hitter into the 8th inning. ["This stadium is a smoke-free zone"]
Sight-lines are great, food is great. Ryan Zimerman might even be better than Ken McMullen.
