That scoreline looked horrendous
But we will bounce back from this - I believe

Cheer up, Amb! The starter's combined to score 25 points so they all contributed to making up for Larry Hughes' loss....

Well the Wizards lost again, but there were some bright spots. Areanas scored 43 points until he was fouled out, Jamison and Jixon played well, but not until they fell about 37 points. They showed heart towards the end of the game. I know every team loses games, no matter how good they are, but the Wizards really need to bounce back.

Aren't we about a million games away from any meaningful games in the basketball season?
I would get my hopes to far up, or let myself feel too defeated just yet if I were a Wizards fan.

Guys, I've never purchased sports tickets before. I want to take this girl to a basketball game. Living in Baltimore, where would I need to go to buy Wizard tickets, and how much money am I looking at for decent seats?

I never have worried about tickets, the last couple of years I knew one of the Cheerleaders

, but she went away for college. This year I know this guy who has season tickets, but he hardly goes to the games, so I go instead. Sorry I could not help and the Wizards won again with less than a second to go.

I know this is a bit off topic, but Does anyone know if the New Era fitted hats sizes are the same as the Reebok fitted hats? I am getting a New Era fitted Wizards to go with my jersey, but I heard that New Era sizes run different than Reebok fitted hats and I only have Reebok fitteds.

We went to the Detroit game MJ's final season. They had a special deal on washingtonwizards.com where you got 4 nosebleed seats and a Jerry Stackhouse bobblehead for 40 bucks or something like that. I know you can buy tickets from ticketmaster through the website.

And the wizards win again - in Cleveland
To equal last years record they need to lose 42 straight games

No problem Chris.....as for the 'zards......since my terppies are stinking up the joint, thank goodness the wizards are playing well.
Unfortunately, I can't watch any of the games because every time I do, they lose.

At least you get to see the wizards
We have one of the best records in the NBA and there are 3 channels that show the NBA and not one game all year so far
I am convinced it is because we are in the eastern half. Every team in the west has been on

I live in Washington D.C and they never show the Wizards games on TV, only if you have comcast sports channel. I am forced to go to home games, which is fun, but for the away games I have to listen to the radio

Washington beat Philly by 10
would be even better if it was football
from ESPN recap:
Washington's last eight-game home winning streak was in December 1997, the month the MCI Center opened. ... The Wizards are 11-2 this month, clinching their first winning January since 1991. ... Arenas hit a 52-foot buzzer-beater at the end of the first quarter.

The wizards are back on the winning side after a 4 game losing streak
I cant believe they blew a 22 point lead to the Raptors

They need to keep wearing the retro "Bullet" unis.

I like those Bullets uniforms , almost as much as I like the Lakers' . Last time I checked, Wizards beat the Lakers 120-116 in overtime, I'm curious to see what happens next month when the 2 teams play again in DC. Should be a pretty good game.

i cant believe Vince made the all start team over Jamison.
Posted: Tue Feb 08, 2005 10:34 am
by JansenFan
Vince makes the all-star team every year, no matter how well or bad he plays. All-star teams are a joke these days.

Vince was voted in by the fans
Antawn was voted for by the coaches
Who do you think knows more about Basketball?
Arenas and Jamison both made the All-Star game
