YUP you got it typical Cowboy fan here, just like the typical Eagle fan. We talk about what we have accomplished while Eagle fans talk about hopes and dreams.

Man you guys just better watch out that your secondary does not get burnt this year. GF

Funny, I thought the typical Eagles fan was supposed to talk about how great it is to throw batteries at Santa, snowballs at Jimmy Johnson, Boo/Cheer/start the wave when Irvin broke his neck, and eat your children.

I'll mark this update in my notebook. Thanks!

You didn't try to do nothing I saw it.....Maybe you blocked it out of your memory. Its all good I can understand, but let me refresh your memory for you. Two years ago. Either one or two years after the STAR INCIDENT Terrel Owens caught at least two touchdowns for a 4th quarter comeback. When he caught the last one, which gave his team the lead, he stood up straight, put his arms to the side, and lifted his face toward the heavens!!!!!

Nobody did nothing to him. They just put their heads down and walked to the sideline pouting.

No let me refresh you memory , He did it once, then Emmitt did it, He did it a second time and George Teague popped him. So let me ask you this, what did SHAWN SPRINGS DO year after year of getting burnt by T.O.. Nothing just like i thought. What will Gardner or Coles do against our secondary. NOTHING JUST LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN DOING. Just like what did you defense do every year with Emmitt . NOTHING BUT GET RAN OVER. Then we put his back up in last year and what happen ...100+ yards against the vaunted redskin D.

Geez Gambit you can type fast!!!!! I just made one quick reply to another post and I come back....Dang.

I see you really have blocked that game out of your memory!!!!!! Its ok and all.....Like I said before I can understand it.

Just to make things perfectly clear to you. I am NOT talking about the game with the STAR INCIDENT. I'm talking about the very next meeting you guys had with TO.

I don't think you have played him since so I can't wait to see if he's gonna do it again this year. If it makes you feel better I don't think he'll do it twice. I think he'll only do it in your house. In other words you'll get a break when you all go to Philly.

Its funny that you are the only fan that can remember him standing on the STAR during 2 seperate games. We played the 49ers the year after THE STAR incident and we beat them 27-21 if he stood on the STAR that day then maybe i missed that cause we were winning. We played them again in 2002 and lost 27-31 but that was in San Fran. So I guess you are just pulling things out the air , cause u are the only one so far that remembers that.

The San Francisco 49ers' star not only caught two touchdown passes in the fourth quarter -- including the game-winner with 12 seconds left -- he rubbed it in with his words and his wardrobe after a 31-27 victory that clinched the NFC West title

This is easy to do after you have already won the game , he was kinda quit till the fourth quarter HUMMM

Two years after punctuating a pair of touchdowns with celebrations at the Cowboys' midfield logo, Owens showed up at Texas Stadium wearing a leather jacket, leather pants and shoes all colored Cowboys blue.

Notice the part that sayss TWO YEARS AFTER PUNCTUATING A PAIR OF TOUCHDOWNS WITH CELEBRATIONS AT THE COWBOYS MIDFIELD LOGO

Two years after means PAST TENSE. So since this game was in 2002 that means 2000. Notice it says Pair, meaning the first time he did it he got away with it scott free, Second time he did it George Teague came charging. So Redskin Rule it appears that you have conjured up your own images of what really happened or you are not a very thorough reader.

You have no response you were proven wrong. T.O. stood on the middle star TWICE DURING ONE GAME, THE SECOND TIME HE DID IT HE GOT POPPED. He did not come back a couple of years later and do it again. So take you loss like a man.

Gambit, how do you find recaps of games in 2002? I'd like to look at a couple, but don't know where to look.

Good old Gambit. We had a nice thing going back and forth, and he turns it into crap. He has the "Golden Touch" for that sort of thing.
The comparision was, "How could I be expected to appreciate Emmitt Smith as a class act after his self-congratulatory chest thumping, when you felt what Owens did was a travesty".
What did it turn into ? His usual standby. "Oh, we beat you XXX times in a row".
Newsflash, Gambit... ***Everybody beat us, not just the Cowboys***.
There were games when you could've fielded a solid Pop Warner team to whip us good.
Not to worry. Gibbs knows Parcells. No "Jap" plays will work here, unless Godzilla joins the team !
"Sit back and watch the Redskins.
SOMETHING MAGICAL IS ABOUT TO BEGIN!"

Yeah he knows Parcells so well that he has a losing record against him.
