Manusky should be packing his bags as well after the last two games.

Captain Pick throws it when he shouldn't and holds it when he should throw it away. This guy wants a max contract? Yeah, me too.....

I guess the Aints chose the Brees TD pass to win.

Aints return man gets 14 out of absolutely nothing.

Manusky shouldn't pack his bags, he should just stay in NO.

A simple telegraphed toss play goes for about thirty yards mostly untouched? Of course.

Good. One step closer to the end of the Arena Boy and Captain Pick eras.

This is going to be a fun week as we listen to certain fans here defend the sort of BS play and play calling that we saw at the end of that game

the play should not have been called or run - the ref's call was absolutely the correct call, there was nobody there
hard to figure out why the redskins called a pass play - when Sean got the ball he called nothing but run plays

Well, it is as expected. Cousins gets credit for another loss. Let's see, of the 6 losses he has thrown interceptions that lost 3 of them and now an intentional grounding that would have been uncatchable anyway. Unfortunately, the Redskins will probably be stupid enough to sign him to a long term contract and publicize how wonderful he is and how fortunate they are to resign such a great quarterback and have the quarterback situation settled.

Hoping heartily for 4-12 and the #2 pick in the draft along with a housecleaning from HC on down. I would also hope for Danny Boy to sell the team to a real owner, but I don't want to be greedy.

I didn't post during the game because I knew it would be an emotional response.
Gruden needs to go.

no reason to panic - 10-6 is still a possibility
let's not spoil the fun - this season still has 6 games to go and then we can enjoy the off season speculating
going to be interesting to see how the team responds on Thursday - that was a really devastating loss

You're actually admitting to wanting them to lose?

Technically, yes. But, I think you'd have to be surfing in the opioid stratosphere to believe it's likely.
Even if we'd won, we just lost one of the most irreplacable players on the team- Chris Thompson.

Absolutely. Would you rather them go 10-6, make the wild card game, then lose? That would mean no coaching change, Cousins signed to a financially-crippling multiyear deal, and no impact draft picks. I'm thinking longterm here. If I thought they had a puncher's chance of doing damage in the playoffs I'd feel differently, but IMHO this team needs to be blown up.

I always want them to win. I would NEVER pull for them to lose. Making the playoffs is not going to happen with the injuries we have. But, there is NO WAY that I would WANT THEM TO LOSE! No, sir. You're a sad excuse for a fan if you pull for them to lose.

We are injury plagued... And have been in contention with all the best teams in the NFL... The pukes being our one ugly loss, but they had their line healthy and Zeke. Some of your expectations are rediculous.
We almost beat who dat at home, and they have been as good or better then their sb year... Boo whoo

it's just amazing that as well as we played the last 2 games, we managed to lose both games
Case Keenum and Drew Brees had the best games of the season - good teams find a way to win
we can play really well despite the injuries and still find a way to lose - it's been this way since 1999

SORRY! - my bad - this just in ...
According to Mike Jones of USA Today, team president Bruce Allen received word from league officials that the devastating intentional grounding on the Redskins' potential game-winning drive was the incorrect call, a penalty that took them out of field goal range. Cousins was sacked on the next play of the game to send it to overtime.
With the Redskins driving, Cousins threw the ball towards the sidelines on a short out route, however a miscommunication between the quarterback and Jamison Crowder saw the ball fall to the turf with no one insight, resulting in the call from the officials. While no one was in the vicinity, the pass wasn't a throwaway, but instead a timing route gone wrong. What should have been third down for the Redskins with a chance to better their field position instead turned into another failed game-winning drive.
