I understand that during the season Snyder has little if anything to do with things - it's what he's done and has not done at other times that is the reason that we are not as successful

I want to see the good guys in the organization succeed in spite of those two. Gruden. Cousins. Doug Williams. Players like Norman, Hall, Williams, Vernon Davis.

Can't recall if I said this before, but I think the fans (and probably the media some too) have been pretty vocal about letting Snyder know enough is enough. I don't know if he's actually gotten more hands off or not, but he's definitely kept a lower profile.

Snyder has kept a lower profile but the stupidity of some of the decisions show that this idiot is still too involved with things

as owner, there's no way that he will not be involved to some extent, but ... I keep hoping that he'll learn but his ego is just too big

at least we have this season to enjoy ... despite his stupidity .. or maybe in spite of it :twisted:
