He's been good all year, and great the last five weeks. That's where I'm at on it.
We're seeing him do things that a Redskins QB hasn't done in decades. I think I first voiced support for signing Cousins long-term a bit more than a year ago, and that sentiment has only grown in me since then. Pay the man.

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance

Yes, but that's kind of overrated since the Redskins have never really been a passing team excepting a couple of years in the early 1990's.
