Fred Davis - TE - Redskins

Fred Davis (Achilles') reiterated Wednesday that he's "full-go" for camp.

"This is day six now and I haven’t had any pain in it," Davis claimed. "I’ve been going full-go, blocking, running routes, cutting. I feel really good." Fantasy players may still have Davis' excellent 2011 in their heads, but coming off major injury in an offense he might not fit, he should be treated as a TE2.

I like that he did not wait long for surgery. I broke my left wrist, had surgery, therefore wore no cast, and was playing guitar the next day. I was sore but I could play. It was great rehab too.

Huh???? Where did he pull that from? Another 4th tier reporter trying to sound like he actually knows something?

Fred Davis - TE - Redskins

Fred Davis "continues to look good" at practice.

Davis' recovery from an October Achilles' rupture has been as smooth as it gets. He's expected to play roughly a half in Monday's second preseason game. Davis was on pace for a 54/742/0 line when he went down in Week 7 last year. He's a TE2 with a dash of upside this time around.
