Your still here?

capitaldefense wrote:Browns are playing defense perfectly against what they thought they would see. The stretch play and they are selling out with 8 defenders on 1st and 2nd down to stop Morris. Then on 3rd and long tight man to man with 2 deep safeties not giving the rookie QB any throwing lanes. We are in big trouble unless we open it up, they are not going to let Morris beat us, Cousins will have to. Shotgun on first down, deep shots on first down, screens etc.

Play action fake on 1st down. Draw on 3rd.

Whatever... you know better.

Throwing into coverage there. It was an error in judgement. I know he CAN do better. I want him to DO better. I want him to shine. Really. That throw? He tried to fit it in when it wasn't there. Regardless of what Mike Martz says. (Although, it is refreshing to hear a commentator not RIP our team after a mistake.)
I meant comparing this to the Atlanta game... that was a player trying to make things happen... you know better.

Cousins will have to help himself first.

- stop throwing to covered WR's.
- step up in the pocket
- complete some passes

His teammates are being taken out of the game cus they don't respect him. And they shouldn't.

On that drive we tried to Run Morris against an 8 man box, not gonna work. The short pass to Morris was a possitive play, then tight man causes a sack on 3rd down. We better take some deep shots on early downs to loosen them up.

This shows just how special RG3 is.. Got spoiled by him and now thought any rookie could step in and not play like a rookie .. This looks like last years offense

Would have been good if Doughty could have gotten Weeden down, but hitting him is good as well.

Which would make a win today great for us to be tied with 2 games to go. This is a must win if we are going to make the playoffs.

Kirk is sucking but please be real people. He's a rookie who hasn't worked with the first stringers since OTA's prolly.

Please keep perspective.
