They say a lot of things, don't they? That's why I typically restrict my comments to gameday...I'm a big fan of an evidence-based approach. :)

This is a critical possession. If the Eagles can drive down and score, they have all the momentum.

Force another TO or a three and out to set the tone for the rest of the game.

Option play isn't working on third and short... The third down conversion percentage, and how much they run it on third and short is evidence, why Kyle why?

No conversion here, guys! C'mon D!

How can you give a rookie that much time?

Is it asking too much to take away the screens, short dump offs, and WR bubbles?

Only if the 'Skins were on offense.

An Eagles TD here is game over. Let the flaming commence, but we all know it's true.

Fellas, I haven't been reading to the forum too heavily. Is this the dumbest post of the day? Or have there been more?

Way too much time to think that way.

No flaming but that's an ignorant statement even if it came from a troll..
No common sense or reasoning can lead to that conclusion, with 3 full quarters to go. Get real man.

Probably the dumbest post of the month.

It's probably the dumbest post right now, because there is alot of time left. The NFL is often a momentum-based league, and allowing this offense to drive 83 yards with nothing more than vanilla screen passes and runs would be a huge shift.

My post was meant to reflect the fact that we've all seen this movie way too many times before. I would love to be wrong, but recent history suggests otherwise.

I have a strong feeling that we'll pick off one of those screens today.

Well, the D will get plenty more chances to stop it. Foles is already over 100 yards passing on nothing but screens and bubble screens. If not for the lucky bounce pick, the Eagles are in front.

Morris is a battering ram with less-than top end speed.....please stop the pitches and delay plays until the middle has been softened.

Is it me or does Leonard Hankerson seem to be lumbering around rather than running? I know he's got good timed speed, but he looks like Frankenstein out there. loafing

Some fellas have the athletic gifts, but no heart. He's a lot like Devin Thomas in that regard.
