I love seeing stuff like this. Hopefully our receivers go through quite a few pairs of gloves this year.

Just as long as they're holding onto the ball.

You know what I learned from that? Hankerson has some small hands, not the best attribute for a WR.

Learned that from a picture, did you?

Ummm.... no.

“His massive hands, once compared by a former coach to Godzilla’s, measure 10 5/8 inches from the tip of his pinky to the tip of his thumb — the largest of any player at the combine this year,” the Miami Herald reported.

From that link:

The Cleveland Browns were never serious about Robert Griffin III, according to a report this week. As the story goes, they viewed him as "too small" and "eager to show how fast he was."

So THAT's where you know who got his talking points from!

I was just observing that they looked small to me and they do look small, but I was going by his finger length to palm size ratio (how long your fingers look compared to how big your palms are). Usually, people with "big hands" have long fingers.

I guess the gloves could be masking his finger length or he could have really big palms.

But I as long as he can cathch I don't really care how big his hands are, but he has had problems with drops in the past.

HIs reputation prior to his rook year was that he was solid... rarely dropped. Hopefully, the drops were just rook nerves...

She's taking a picture of someone in a raincoat offering help to an ever bland clown fan who's never wrong. See you in smack if you want to get personal.

Yes, 'The Arm' that Cleveland could've had...

Instead they decided to keep their draft picks and then made a total pigs-ear of the whole thing!

Could have strengthend with some real talent at practically every major offensive position with the amount of good early picks they had.

But didn't.

Missed out on RG3. Made a hash of the draft. ](*,)

Yeah, no wonder their fans have abandoned their own forums, obviously getting a bit depressing in there. If they want to soak up the vibes from a forward moving organisation then I say let them come on board and enjoy the ride!

Redskins: Worst to first.

Browns: #-o

(can't seem to find a 'Suicidal' emoticon, although I bet there's one in the Browns forums, if they haven't worn it out that is)

I'm not sure that this guy understands the point he's trying to make.

Hall makes a comment about Griffin's progress TO THIS POINT IN HIS CAREER as compared to VICK. And this dolt's point is that Vick was a star almost from the start, that he was an up and down game changer who proved he could take a hit, etc., and he's disappointed in Hall for daring to make a comparison.

So he counters Hall's point by using "facts" that by the plain english meaning of the words "at similar stages of their career" are inapplicable.

This is lazy at best and the byproduct of this country's appetite for a 24 hour sports news cycle, at worst. And by byproduct, I mean excrement.
I know he got a pretty good zip on the ball. He has a quick release. . . once I seen a coupla' throws, I was just like 'Yeah, he's that dude.'"

I like the "whippersnapper" action during/after release.
